Mobile menu (login and cart) not working. In my site nocatelier.com, when I click on login or cart icon, it shows a cross.
it is becouse of your css code

which does not exist in tempalte by default, it is youyr custom css or it is added by one of your additional modules
Just upgraded to PS 1.7.2 and WH 4.1.9 but I get the error 500 – Unable to load template ‘module:ps_languageselector/ps_languageselector-hreflang.tpl’ in ‘file:_partials/head.tpl’... Did someone got the same? Please help.

Well, I was already in 4.1.7 and did the upgrade directly yo 4.1.9.
you have missing files which was introduced in 4.1.7 template
that’s why I’m not sure iof you upgraded to 4.1.7 corectly or removed file by mistake but please redo upgrade from 4.1.6 to 4.1.7

I cannot see the voucher field in the front end. I use the latest theme and the latest prestashop 1.7.4.2. How can i change it so the voucher field is visible again. In the past with 1.6 of prestashop, the paypal module was the problem. But i don’t have installed the paypal module yet in PS 1.7. Please let me know. Lynn
make sure you have any valid vouchers added. There is nothing modified in checkout in compare to classic template, and voiucher field should be visible. Support is providede by https://iqitcommerce.ticksy.com/

in themeditor > content > product page, there is option to select where to show accesories(related products) maybe you selectet to show in sidebar and you disabled sidbar

Yesterday I deleted all the backups and upgraded from PS1.6 – 18 to 20, and today the backup that was generated was already infected, how come?
Maybe site was not fully cleanad in past or you were infected in difrrent way,

I am really interested in purchasing this theme. It is in my opinion one of the BEST I have ever seen when making eCommerce websites. A friend has been letting me mess around with his version to test before I too pulled the trigger on purchase, which is what led me to here today…
The important part, I have a few questions before purchasing:
1. Can we make a product page ourselves, or are we limited to what is provided in the theme by just expanding on the one provided already?
2. Are you going to look at making us able to customise the header more? Example would be to have the search bar positioned on the right, allowing us to put the sign in button into the displaynav top bar. I know you can hook it, there but it throws alignment out. It drops below the wishlist and compare button making top bar thicker! These things can be achieved with some back-end coding. Which I have already been able to do on my play around. But would be nice to not have to do coding – making a more drag and drop friendly builder for example!
3. I may have more questions before pressing the trigger finger 
hope that’s ok? Don’t want to take your support away.
I know I haven’t purchased as yet but cant wait to receive answers to allow me to buy theme.

1. there are some customization options in themeeditor, but you are free to edit tpl files or add some own css
2. there is no such plans at the moment.
I can confirm, that there are no servererrors (error 500). Testet on apache and litespeed. The theme is free of bugs. Using PS 1.7.4.1 with WH 4.1.9.
This theme is awesome.
When will bug be fixed with 4.19? I was about to make a purchase, but will be pointless until its fixed. A lot of people seem to have issues with it causing 500.

Everyone seems to be getting 500 errors with 4.19. Heard it also 500’s out on a clean install of 1.7.4.1, so don’t want to chance til its fixed.
Sorry i really do not undesrand about what 500 error you say, I do not know from where you figoured out that “everyone have 500 error” which is totatly not true… there is no 500 error in warehouse template in 4.1.9 and 1.7.4.1.
I see several people on this page even state getting 500 errors.
there is no 500 error, it was in 4.1.8 only in situation when php 7.2 was enabled, in 4.1.9 there is no such problem

At the moment there is no such plans becouse prestashop 1.6 itself is not compatible with php 7.2 (i know they stated in changelog that they made some fixes but it still throws some errors). For php 7.2 i recommand prestasop 1.7
On the “theme update instruction” file to upgrade the theme from 4.1.8 to 4.1.9, you wrote “make sure your theme version is 4.1.7 if not upgrade to 4.1.7 first”. Is that correct? or should I upgrade the theme to 4.1.8 before to install the 4.1.9?

it should be “make sure your theme version is 4.1.8 if not upgrade to 4.1.8 first” it was my mistake, but if you have 4.1.7 there is also separate folder with direct update to 4.1.9

Similar to the comment by Vitalii24, upgrading from 4.1.7 to 4.1.8 results in the website getting HTTP 500 errors. The site is already on Prestashop 1.7.4.1

theme 1.6 is compatible with prestahsop paid gdpr module, theme for 1,7 is compatible with free prestahsop official gdpr module
