Will there be an updated release soon? I see that in 2020 and year prior there was a new release every month, but at this point in 2021 there has not been a new release in 4 months.

Dear Euthemians Team, my support expired but I have a bug after theme update! Which I consider not a problem I have to puchase a new support!
after I updated the theme today on the latest version my testimonial slider looks totally different – unforthunatly I cannot attached screenshots here. I had to recover backup and tried several times if other plugins causing the same problem but only after theme update this bug appears. I tried to update the theme via ftp again and the same mistake.
Any ideas or did you change anything in the testimonial slider options? I searched all theme options, tried to create the testimonial slider in wp backery again in the backend – alsways with the same result.

There is no need to renew your support package, we never force anyone to do that. However, we need to verify the issue you are describing in our demo. In general, check our whole demo – https://euthemians.com/themes/engic/ – and if you discover any issue, we will be more than happy to provide a fix. On the other hand, the only way to check your installation is via our support desk.
I am sure it is not a theme related issue so please disable one-by-one the external plugins, clear your cache and try again. I am afraid that we cannot help you further in the public comment area of TF. Thanks for your understanding.

thanks for the fast reply. Yes my slider should look like in your demos. To chekc compartibility with other external not theme relatet plugins I have to craete another test stage as on our teststage we are developing woocommmerce shop for the client at the moment. I am sure it is not a theme problem as well but wanted to make sure that you have not changed anything in the thme-options – the slider after the themeupdate created a 3-column laout and replaced the slider navigation with some wired looking arrows – so it looked like an alternative design option by the theme.
I am really happy with your theme, clear css code for customization, great theme options and as always a great support – stay tuned and I will kepp you updated on this issue.. have a great christmas time and a hopefully happy new year even in this cracy pandemic times

It seems that the Engic theme is stopping custom script. I’ve tried adding the following script to a specific page with WP Bakery RAWJS. However, it doesn’t load. Tried adding it via the theme’s custom code section and it doesn’t load either.

The issue isn’t the custom code. It’s the theme doesn’t allow you to use any script tags. I’ve tried with WP Bakery, Insert Header and Footer, and a bunch of other plugins. Even tried adding it in the functions, footer and header.php. But it’s the theme isn’t firing them. Something in the Engic theme is blocking them.
Here’s the code: <script> $(document).ready(function() { $( ”.example1” ).insertBefore( $( ”.example2” ) ); }); </script>
When I use any other theme it works. When I turn the Engic theme on it doesn’t. So, it’s clearly something in your theme isn’t working correctly.
Solved it. The script isn’t loaded in the theme <script src=”https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.4.1.js”></script>

hi – i use your themes for many projects on siteground. but i’m having a strange problem with this older engic theme in that many of the pages with featured images as the top don’t load on first view, you have to refresh.

Can you tell me how much padding left and right there is for page content in mobile phone mode? I have a page that uses an iframe and I would like it to be as wide as possible for phone users.

Are you already using Engic? About the padding it depends on the way you have set the rows. If you use these in the container(not full-width), I think that you will 15 pixels padding on each side.

Visual Composer doesn’t work anymore. Hi people. All of a sudden, VC doesn’t work anymore. If I choose Backend-Editor, page content ist not shown and I can’t choose new elements. Frontend-Editor doesn’t work either. WP and Plugins are all on newest version. Deactivate all plugins doesn’t help. Anyone has an idea? Thank you.

Hi Euthemians, we bought the Engic Theme for the Website of a customer (mycustomer.net) and we are very happy with it. It’s really great to work with it. Now we want to use a sep. Blog-Installation for the same customer, same domain, but on a sub-domain. (blog.mycustomer.net) Do we have to buy a new licence or can we use the original licence of the Engic Theme? Best regards

Hi the theme is awesome , but i have a little problem with logo on media (phone or iPad) my logo height is 65 , Header Height 100 , when i see it in my phone there is not padding on top and botton.. Is any css code to fix it? i could not find in theme options.. thanks in advance..

Hello, I’d love to ask a pre-purchase question please.
Instead of clicking on an image in a gallery which then opens in a new page/window, can we customise transition to simply expand the image or copy text on screen and push the content around it outwards. So basically like an expanding / contracting box that doesn’t overlay, it pushes down.
