How do I open a support ticket? I purchased this theme about one week ago, my purchase is validated, I enter your support site, it says my purchase is verified. Then I enter my support ticket details, attach a screen shot and click submit. I get ERROR message:

The purchase code provided was not properly validated. It could be an invalid purchase code, or the connection to Envato was lost. Double check your purchase code and try again.

I double checked my purchase code, it is copy/pasted from WP registration page which accepts it as valid, and as I said it says VERIFIED in the pull down list of themes in support website. So how do I open a support ticket if I cannot open a support ticket? Thanks for you assistance in the comments section.

Did you change my file theme after my license expired? I cannot install it anymore because its says syntax error while ia m uploading the theme. Tha’s very odd. Can you give me an aswer cause its was working fine before

Just going to say I am pretty disappointed with support. I had two tickets one regarding social media widget not working and another regarding layout broken.

The widget they said if its not working there isnt anything they can do? Wow why offer a feature that does not work.

The second ticket I never got a reply and now I have to pay $41 if I want that answered? What if you dont answer and resolve my issue?

I’m very interested in the double menu feature of you theme, as I need to restyle a website mainly structured as a magazine, but with a lot of static pages that I need to link somewhere in the header. I was wondering why I cannot see the double menu in mobile version. Is it possible to decide which item of which menu display in mobile version? Thanks a lot

I really like that the pictures of the article can be viewed, if you click on it, as a gallery. But they do not open me like that. How can this be done, мaybe there is some adjustment? This theme is not allowing my site to be fully HTTPS/SSL compatible. The primary issue is the use of Gravatars for the author names. Those are all being served, and hard-coded as HTTP, non-secure URLs. Please advise.

If I build a site using theme how do I save the settings? Most themes have a ’ save site settings ’ button so you can reupload the site settings if you have to rebuild it?

I need to take down my site to reinstall it, but I cant find a way to save the site settings or import the settings back?

I am building a website for a client who has purchased your theme and I’ve run into some interesting issues, Was wondering if I could get some assistance?

1) When you use the search feature, it searches for both pages and posts, how do you make the search feature only search for ’ posts ’ ?

2) Is there a way to alter the size of the post modules? Aka, If I want them to be a bit more squareish rather than a rectangle is that an option with this theme?

3) In the theme options I’m struggling to find any settings for ’ single posts ’, aka I want to delete the ’ comments ’ section and move around where the title is, choose what elements are shown in a single post ( author, meta ect ), Am I missing something because I cannot find this?

4) Is there a way to set a default option for how a single post appears? My Single posts seem to change all the time, I’d like them to always stay the same.
