Hi, Thank you for your response to my queries. Regarding the slideshow, I understand you mentioned it appears to be working fine, and there’s no rotation due to only one slide. However, our theme actually has two images uploaded in the slider, and the rotation is not functioning as expected. Additionally, any changes made to the slideshow time settings are not taking effect. Similarly, with the image carousel arrows, despite your checks on desktop and mobile, our users are still experiencing issues navigating through the product images. It seems there might be a misunderstanding, as the problems we are encountering with the slider and product carousel settings persist on our end, specifically with the theme we are currently using. To avoid further time being spent on the wrong theme, could you please ensure you are checking the correct one? Slideshow settings are unresponsive—any adjustments I make aren’t taking effect. All options are working fine. Kindly share detail of the adjustment that you’ve made that it hasn’t taken effect.
Image carousel arrows aren’t functioning—users can’t navigate through product images. Image carousels are also working fine. I checked both on desktop and mobile device. If it is still not working for you then kindly share a screenshot of the relevant area.
Mobile preview is not responsive—the layout doesn’t adjust properly on mobile devices. Mobile preview is exactly the same as shown on demo. If you require any changes to it then kindly share details of it. Note that it will come under customization and not support.
I’m having a problem with the wishlist and reviews features. The reviews app that you guys recommend in the installation is not available in the Shopify store. But it doesn’t matter since I want to use the Loox app reviews, but when I turn the reviews on, it is not doing anything. The wishlist feature is not working at all. Thank you.

Hi, I have recently purchased this item and used it on a Shopify store. I have one issue thought on the search results page with the QuickView element.
When I click on the quickview element on the home page, it loads up the product as expected in the modal. However, if I search for an item, and then click on the quick view bar is lots up some default product about a dress. I can see this is hard-coded into the liquid files but I am not sure why it is not working on the search results page.
When I inspect the search results page I can see the following error in the console (this does not show on other page which load the modal correctly) -

Oh I got this through Envato Elements, not on Theme Forest so there is no purchase code. No harm is a) asking and b) raising the fault

As a temp fix, we have applied the following to the global CSS. This at least hides the broken quickview feature, but sadly it does it for the whole website.

A resolution to this fault would be amazing, especially as it is the time of thanks and gifts 
Well it seems that you’re more inclined at receiving gifts than giving them. So here is the gift of solution for you.
Here’s how to proceed: Go to the ‘search-result-grid.liquid’ snippet in your files and look for ‘data-productinfo=’{{ product | json | escape}}’. In this line, change ‘product’ to ‘item’, so it reads ‘data-productinfo=’{{ item | json | escape}}’. After making this modification, save the changes, and it should function correctly for your needs.

Please provide a screenshot of the section you’re looking to minimize. From my observation, the header seems to be fully occupied by the header text and links without any empty space.

In Google Insights, Pingdom and GTMetrix it shows as very slow, can you check our website and see if something is wrong.

Well store sites loading time primarily depends on the images sizes(slider or the product) So what i recommend is to optimize the image sizes. Second try to show less number of products in collections that are showing on your home page. You can reduce the number by going to customization area and checking the collection sections for doing so.
Pictures are already optimised, we can’t reduce the number of products on the homepage more than this.
I have noticed that when you download the page it contains CSS file with size 1.5MB so I was thinking maybe that is the reason for and can’t figure out why it is happening.
Also, I have commented on the counter.js on the website since we are not using it and one http request less.
