I like the Left Menu Home profile but I was wondering if the main slider(3 slides) can be replaced with videos instead and will it be able to display static image for mobile?

Thank you for taking interest in our Gourmand theme. Yes, on this page http://gourmand.elated-themes.com/left-menu-home/ is used Revolution Slider and you could add videos in all slides, and there is option to add preview image for mobile, too.

The data doesn’t want to be imported or added several times after the re-import. Can you help me? I would like attache screenshots but isn’t possible here.

Regarding the WooCommerce status, it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed.
Fear-not, however. This won’t affect yours or the work of the plugin and the end user won’t experience any difficulties whatsoever. If this really bothers you and you want the message to dissapear forever, you may want to refer to this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/
for a detailed explanation on how to update old template files.

Logo size is determined by header height, but if you have imported demo content default logos will point to our demo site, so it is important to replace them with logos inside your media library and they will appear fine. Also, if you want to increase logo you need to increase header height but this also can be done with some css code and if you are interested in that approach you can contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com

Yes, you can set anchor for rows https://www.screencast.com/t/VgvzS4eJ and then you can add anchors to menu items in order to trigger menu scroll to section functionality.
