You theme is using lot of memory (I/O and Physical Memory) But your demo is working fine. Where have you hosted your Demo website? (Hosting Provider?)
The theme is mainly built with wpbakery and slider revolution which sometimes take up lots of memory. With any frontline hosting company you won’t ace any issue. We have tested it with bluehost, hostgator, liquidweb, inmotionhosting, Resellerclub, 1and1, siteground. Everywhere it performed smoothly.
I am using bluehost shared hosting since its a small site. The site often goes down and cPanel shows its using lot of memory.
You may need to talk to the hosting. Memory only requires when a site needs to process a lot of php code, plugins etc. It’s a standard theme and we have tested it in servers where they assign just 512 mb shared memory such as Godaddy. Some of the worst hosting providers also run this theme without any issue. Please check if any other plugins taking up cpu load/memory consumption. I found a bug, the “Content tabs with image (background) style 2” of Radiant Themes Templates, When I use “Content tabs with image (background) style 2”, the tab’s description will just shows the first one tab.

I can’t upload a logo. The function does not work at all.

Any suggestions to speed up website load? I used this theme and found it loading long enough.
Which demo are you using? Make sure you use optimized version of any images and use Cache plugin such as WP Super Cache or Auto Optimize to speed up your site. Also, you can use htaccess file to enable cache and zip to make your site faster.
As per theme information, it is suggested that the PHP configuration needs to be:
max_execution_time 300 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
Question: Will it work with:
max_execution_time 180 post_max_size 512M upload_max_filesize 512M

My account is hosted in a Shared Hosting, and the maximum they could increase the execution time for a shared hosting is 180. The dedicated hosting can be increase upto 300 for the execution time. However, currently, the dedicated hosting is not necessary for me. Please suggest, and also what is your response time if a ticket is submitted?

Which hosting company are you using? With frontline hosting providers 180 seconds execution time is enough as their cpu and network speed is better. Response time : within. 1 working day. We try to solve issues as soon as they arrive.

Your hosting had PHP version less than 5.6. We just upgraded it and the site is loading fine. We have this issue mentioned in our KB article – https://support.radiantthemes.com/kb/faq.php?id=6 . Make sure your are using “Theme Button” element throughout the website. Now, navigate to “Theme Options > Elements > Button” and change settings as per your choice. All buttons will change according to that settings.

Hello, quick questions, does the theme work on Godaddy wordpress manage. I noticed that your documentation mentioned to use PHP 7.
This theme requires php 5.6 or higher. If Godaddy WordPress hosting has mentioned php configuration then you shouldn’t face any problem. 99% hosting accounts don’t face any issue at all. Great theme. Can’t seem to see any of my changes after updating theme settings like color, logo, etc? Already figured out it is not a cache issue and I don’t believe it’s file permissions so not sure what the problem is?
