Left Menu width is fixed by the theme. You can customize it with Custom CSS. But you have to take into account that the theme takes into account the width of your browser and changes the width of the menu at certain points. If you do not understand the code well, I advise you to hire a special person for this.

The link for updating theme: (http://constructify.frenify.com/doc/#!/faq) only references installation from what I can see. So just install the theme on top of the older version? I don’t want to reinstall the theme and lose all of my settings (colors etc…)??
All Theme Options configurations will be saved.
1. Backup and Remove the old version of the theme from your dashboard.
2. Download new version of the theme from https://themeforest.net/downloads and upload it to your dashboard. Make sure that you are using latest version.
3. Remove “Constructify Core” plugin. Then, it appears as required plugin at the top of your dashboard. Re-install it.
You can be sure that all Theme Options configurations will be saved.

Question: The added WordPress icons in the service option does not override your construction (Frenify) icons. Also how to still change projects color scheme??

That one I did fine at the get-go! I am talking about ALL Projects. Which can’t be edited via Elementor!

Unfortunately, navigation and helpful bar widths are fixed by the theme.
