I see that authors does not respond to comments or tickets. As a temporary solution to the loading page problem (due to old code in jQuery JavaScript library), you can use jQuery Migrate Helper and legacy 1.12.4. Its not a solution, its a temporary fix that worked for me. And we are waiting for the author’s return! (maybe in these pandemic era, we may have to be more patient… )
Hello, i purchased you UREKA theme to build my academic research website. Every is good except there is an issue with the loading of a page when you click/navigate to another part of the site. The spinning circle stays and the page never opens up. This occurs intermittently but often (typically when the site has been on the same page for a while, but it also occurs sometime when you try to load the home page). Please advise on how to remedy this.. I hypothesize that it may be an issue with the cache coding structure of the wordpress theme as when you press “cmd+shift+R” it usually initiates the page loading and opens the web page immediately. The issue is people visiting the website will not know to do that so i really need a remedy for this. Thank you.
Hello, the site is having problems loading. It gets stuck with the circle rotating and never loads page or website. I had this problem throughout the designing process, anytime I had to view site. I also noticed it on the “Live Preview” link in the sellers webpage.

Ok. I`ve got it. It happens when you hide URL language information for default language. In my case it was Ukrainian – the other languages worked properly.

Hello. 1) How is it possible to use different translations of the info that I use in the OptionTree – my name, subtitle, etc? So far, it`s the same for all languages and whenever I translate them with Polylang, they automatically change to the one that is used in the Theme options. It`s critical for me – I have to use Latin and Cyrillic fonts. Thank you.
