Pre-sale questions! Is this compatible with Buddypress? Is there a button to have users add content? Lastly, is there an audio option for embedding podcasts?

Thank you for your interest in our theme! The theme does not have Buddypress integrated. However, you can install it and use on the site. There will be no issues. In case a user has a Role with editing rights (Editor, Author, Contributor), he/she will be able to add content to the site. For more details on user roles, please have a look at the following link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities The theme has an Audio player shortcode allowing to use the direct audio link or embed code. Please check the following screenshot to see the shortcode settings: http://prntscr.com/kb91r6 As you see there is no podcast option allowing to subscribe to a podcast. You will need to use additional plugin for podcasting. If you have any difficulties, our Customization studio can integrate that for you.

Our “Layouts builder” allows you to manage all the content of headers and footers without touching the code – directly in Visual Page builder. Alternatively, you may try using the theme with another page builder, but you will not be able to use the demo shortcodes and pre-built header/footer layouts. Only the default header and footer will be available.

The theme is very badly optimized. The home page loads over 10 seconds. The theme should be worth half the price.

BIG PROBLEM: I just installed this theme and chose to install the sample posts / titles / menus. Your installer says NOTHING about DELETING all of my existing posts. It says it will add new posts. Please dear god tell me you didn’t just delete every single blog post .. and tell me I can get all of my posts back. Right?! Or did you just delete all of my posts with zero warning???

This is awful. I think you guys destroyed every post on my entire website. My website is gone. Poof.
I don’t know if English is your first language but for future reference, when an action in your theme will literally ERASE EVERY SINGLE POST ON A SITE you should not say that the option is “recommended” for new sites because it adds new posts.
“Recommended” is not even close to the correct word in this case. You need to say clearly: “This action will delete every post on your web page irretrievably”. Your theme just erased ALL 50+ posts and I cannot see any way to get them back.
My website is apparently gone. Complete wipeout. And it’s not like the posts are deleted and in the trash. No… it looks like you actually wiped the database?
Saying this install option is “recommended” for fresh installs is like saying embalming fluid is “recommended” for people that have already died.
I was expecting to get some new posts and images so I could see how you created them. And then just bulk delete them.
I was NOT expecting to wipe out my entire website and lose it forever.
I’ve installed probably close to 100 themes and never seen anything this bad.
The damage done here is extreme.

We understand your concern. However, “Whole demo site content” option is not checked by default and it can only be selected manually after reading the explanation what is option is for. It clearly says the site should not have any content and posts: http://prntscr.com/jtma1c
Besides, the theme documentation contains a warning that all the existing website content will be removed if you choose “Whole demo data content” on the import screen. Please check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/jtm6w0
You may contact your hosting provider to restore the database backup. Then choose the first option “Only pages, forms and sliders” for the import – this will add demo pages to your current website posts and pages.

Your amateurish hack of a theme destroyed my entire website. PERMANENTLY.
YOU WIPED MY DATABASE WITHOUT WARNING.
I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND because now that the website has been destroyed by you, (and no my webhost was not able to restore it) I have no use for this theme anymore. Themes are for people with websites. Mine’s gone now because of you. And frankly you should start offering me far more than a refund.
This theme needs to be removed from the marketplace. YOUR THEME IS DANGEROUS.
And the fact that you are suggesting to your customers that they contact their webhosts to UNDO THE DAMAGE YOU HAVE DONE is unbelievable. Don’t delete content from people’s websites without a warning.
Here’s a pro-tip: If your theme is deleting people’s data irretrievably, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

1. DO NOT DESTROY DATA.

No theme should ever do what yours just did. And now you have destroyed more than a year of work.

I noticed there seems to be a large gap after <h> tags in this theme. I tried adjusting the margins before and after the <h> tags from the customization>typography menu, but I saw no changes in the spacing on my posts. Any suggestions for how to reduce the white space between <h> tags and body text?
