Hello, I bought the Dental Care theme with you and it never worked the responsive menu. It shows the menu button but when clicking nothing happens. As it shows in your demo, the menu expands. I need information on how to solve this. Thank you.

also, the plug in list says, we need to install WPbakery Visual Composer, now known as WPBakery page builder, costs $45. And its a required plugin, do we need to buy that to make this site work??

I tried to download again and found “dentalcare.zip”. There is no file “dental.zip”. I still went ahead and tried to install dentalcare.zip. The installation was successful but does not look anywhere near to the theme. it looks like simple wordpress blog site. what am i missing?

Hello, We tried to install the theme using both the zip folders: themeforest-19887920-dental-care-medical-and-dental-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme.zip AND themeforest dental theme all files and code.zip
But while installing the theme, its giving an error message: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
What are we missing? 
How can we fix this? Please help.
what mega menu plugin work with this template?

You can install https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/ for mega menu. You may have to take help of your designer to implement mega menu as theme has its own default menu and doesn’t prepared/tested for mega menu.

However, when i downloaded this theme, it gave me two folders: themeforest-19887920-dental-care-medical-and-dental-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme.zip AND themeforest dental theme all files and code.zip. My questions are: 1. Do i need to use both for installing the theme in wordpress? or just one? 2. If just one then which one?

You are trying to install main files of theme. Please download it form themeforest and than extract it. You will find theme file named as “dental.zip”. You need to install it.

This is not the issue because of theme, it is your php.ini setting issue. It is related to your server settings which is having limitation of upload file size. Please talk to your server provider or google it to find the server setting problem.

2. for this particular variation of the website, does this come with images? [Answer: Theme doesn’t come with images, you would have to buy your own images. Themeforest also doesn’t allow to share the paid images with theme.]
3. How easy it is to edit the colors of header, footer, fonts, buttons etc.? [Answer: You will find complete typography in admin panel and you can make easy changes.]
4. Can i add Ecommerce/shopping cart to it? Will that be free? [Answer: Yes, you can add and manage your shopping cart in theme. Use Woocommerce WP plugin it is all free.]
5. Can i remove the top address and phone number bar easily? [Answer: There is already option in theme to enable and disable the top bar.]
6. How is your support team? could you help with code changes if at all needed? [Answer: We will help you fix all issues and complications (if any). For any enhancements/specific need, you would have to take help of your developer.]
