1-2) Unfortunately we do not have a video on demand as an option. Instead the theme offers subscription based sales.

3) You can use any video player as long as it has embed code. Our built-in lightbox player supports Vimeo, YouTube, & .mp4 videos. Our theme now supports Pay Per Post (on demand)! With this feature, you can sell post separately without creating plans.

Sounds like your hosting is just timing out when running the import. You can always run the importer one or two more times. That should complete the import. Just make sure you have all the recommended plugins installed before running the import.

For others, I submitted a ticket and support was extremely quick to respond. They fixed the issue and provided a detailed reply with a potential root cause (host related – I’m on AWS).

Could you please add the episodes feature like netflix and other site , it would make ur theme really great , i don’t wanna do it by categories it looks un professional and not friendly at all like the other site

We use the page builder Elementor with all of our themes now instead of Visual Composer. Visual Composer is a bit dated, slow, and doesn’t update on it’s own. Elementor has far more control, is easier to use, and faster. For instance in Elementor you can control your site on tablet and mobile which is missing in Visual Composer.

This theme just like any other theme on ThemeForest. It will work with your standard WordPress hosting platform. You don’t have to have any special account or anything like that. As long as you have WordPress installed, you should be good to go. Note: The only limitation would be if you were using a free wordpress.COM (different from open source version) account.

Yes, you can do exactly that with our theme. You have the ability to choose what is private to members only and what is public. You can even make specific posts private while having other be public. This works great if you want a Patreon Style website that has additional content for paid subscribers. Yes, you can share any post or page on social media as long as the post is not marked membership only. If the post is private then the social media link will link to the login page as a login will be required.

1) Yeah, you can categorize episodes of a tv series if you want to make series or seasons.

2) Yes, you can embed any streaming service. As long as the video service or player has embed code, you are good to go. Here is an example of an embedded video: https://skrn.progressionstudios.com/videos/mad-men/

In that case, you would need to upload each video one at a time.
