1) You can click the “Login with Envato” green button and this will automatically create an account for you. You can then open a support ticket without having to select any items. The system will know which item you have purchased from us.

Ugh! 3 years later and I am back here asking the same question and having the same problem! Two hours gone and I CAN NOT get the header to show. It is just a big black area. I have cropped and upload all sizes and types of images. Nothing. I have tried to contact you via support, but your support tickets are in an endless loop of “verify your purchase”, then it goes back to select theme! Please post how to fix this stupid issue once and for all! I am very experienced with WordPress but where you are keeping this setting is beyond me! HEADER IMAGE NOT SHOWING

Poorly written instructions have led to this same configuration problem happening again. It is fairly simple because most header images within WordPress websites are configured in the Customization tab located under the theme. I can select the header template there, but it does not update the theme. Save yourself the headache. The header template is controlled under the Slider pages. Change each slider and you will be able to change your header. Would be nice if it were written down somewhere to explain it in simple terms. Hopefully my frustration will help someone else.
The documentation is clear and easy to follow. We even have video tutorials which cover how to setup all the sections of the site.

Hi, please ask to consider answering the following pre-sale questions:
1. Is it possible to change the layout or design of the default template of Vendors pages? And create new pages and make them linked to packages?
2. How can the theme make the Bookly or Booked plugin available in the frontend for the Vendor to manage their bookings?
3. How can Vendor manage their bookings through Frontend using WC Bookings?
4. Can the vendor add coupons through the frontend by avoiding it to the backend?
5. Does the theme have any limitations on the number of lists?
6. Does the theme use native Wordpress functions, and can iterate through all posts or categories?
7. Is it possible to hide on the property page, the telephone number, email of the seller so that this data is not collected by hackers or for use by spammers?
8. it is possible to use the theme for sale of real estate by the owners themselves, how can I configure it (theme) for this use?

Unfortunately the features you are asking for are not part of our theme. This is a stand-alone WordPress theme that focuses on a single property. There is no vendor front-end or bookings.

I am trying to fix the missing Google maps. I have updated my Solus Progression theme to v1.9 but I do not see a place to insert Google Maps API key under Customize (I don’t see a Google Map tab). I have also updated the Light Shortcode plugin. Could you assist? The URL is http://www.842hillcrest.com/
By doing a complete new installation of wordpress and importing the Theme v1.9 the new copy contained the Google Map option. I will reconfigure the site using the new install, thanks!

Note: The footer social icons are sharing links. The links are generated automatically so you can share the listing. You can turn them on/off under Appearance > Customize
Hi, great looking theme! A pre-purchase question please – does your listing module support some way of listing data import? I was thinking of using a data importing/mapping plugin such as WP All Import Pro to import XML based data files containing listings. Please advise? Thanks!
The theme is managed by WordPress. We don’t have any specific import abilities built in. That being said you can always use a third party plugin like WP All import if you want. Note: this is a single flowery theme. Therefore there isn’t much need for an importer.

I think I get it now – since WP All Import has an ability to update or manage posts in WordPress it should just as well be able to manage your listings (which are posts in essence). Is that correct?
This is a single property listing theme. Therefore there isn’t a need to use a plugin like WP All Import. You would only be using one property per installation so it would be simple to setup in WordPress.
If you want to have multiple listings, check out some of our other themes like:

Please, this is very important: Hello I have just one question that none of the sellers of themes goods and roots has answered and has been able to realize until this moment. I think it is of vital importance that you have these options to make in multiple countries (Example in my country you use Currency € and $); If there are not these options in wordpress misses interest. (If this were possible with your theme I think it would be higher above your competitors)

1: There is some way to add multiple currencies so that the customer can select only one: Example the user can select one of the coins

I tried the two ways that you suggested to install but neither way wouldn’t work. In addition, I was trying to purchase the $17 package but ended up with the $51 one. Can you please correct that as well.
Note: The $17 version is just a HTML Site Template. That one is cheaper as it requires you to edit code. You have purchased the correct version which is the WordPress one.

Does this theme allow for multiple Single Listing Websites or is it just for one single home?
We currently allow for a single property to be featured. You can re-use the homepage template if you want to feature additional single properties. However, there is no list of listings.

Purchased theme in 2016. Just updated to latest version via FTP and now I’m seeing two menus (the original horizontal menu and now a small vertical menu) on the main page. I don’t see this vertical menu on your demo or screenshots so I’m wondering what happened to my install? Thank you.
Sounds like you may need to clear your browser cache. We did update the menu but there is nothing to setup or change. The theme update will automatically pull in your same menu.

Thanks for the heads up. We fixed this bug . It was a small bug we introduced when we updated the mobile navigation. It was a simple fix of removing some extra margin. The theme has been updated along with the live preview!
