I wanted the ALBA theme from themeforest but I bought wrong for my site- can you help me ? willing to pay the difference

I can’t use WP Bakery Page Builder because because not all components are visible and page grid system is corrupt. What’s can i do ? Help me.

i sent email to help me setting my page.. but no respond….. i want refund!!

With all respect to you and your job. But it’s so bugged, so many errors. And i fix them (which was not to be done, since I bought the template to come without any error). But have so others errors, and that’s why I want to ask for refund!

Здравствуйте. Я купил тему на другом аккаунте, почему я немогу использовать стандартные инструменты visual composer (в документации к теме и на ваших страницах они есть)? В тех поддержке сказали что бы я использовал стандартные элементы ВАШИ но меня это не устраивает. Я покупал тему что бы пользоваться и стандартными элементами Visual Composer и Ваши и тут получается что я немогу этим пользоваться. Хотел установить дополнения к Visual composer – All in one visual composer тогда сайт вообще перестает работать. С Вашими элементами тему крайне сложно изменить какие то элементы которые я хочу. Как настроить что бы все работало как надо?

Hi! I really love the theme, but I’m having issues with customization. I’m trying to change the colors of the 3 featured boxes right under the slider. I’ve tried css and changing it in the editor, but they aren’t changing color. I also tried to override the background image for the bottom widget area with css, and it isn’t changing. The course boxes are making the images distorted, but there isn’t an option to change the size. Is there a way to change the text color of individual sections?

I purchased your theme and installed. Everything works fine except the icons in top bar which does not appear (https://ciddwebdesign.com/wp1/). Could you please provide indications to make the icons appear? We can see in the theme options the settings for icons ( +123 456 789), but they don’t show in the website. Is there something missing? Please advise.
