When I try to add a block or row in edit page – wp bakery does not allow us to save extra class name or class ID. so due to this I am not able to update other design.

Also, second problem When I try to save a block as a template it does not save the block and I cannot reuse it.

Third problem I can not update wp bakery plugin from admin.

Please tell us how to fix all point above metnioned.

I contacted WPBakery Page Builder support and below is their response: “Hi, The elements at your end are disabled by the theme developer using vc_remove_element. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get them back.”

We are struggling with this theme from Installation to demo content imports. It is not as per documentation. WP bakery plugin every time it is uninstalled without doing anything. I sent about this issue to support “shthemewp@gmail.com”. In Home page slider showing “/vc_columnvc_row” instead slider due to WP Bakery plugin. Our client is escalating this every time.

Please look in this with high priority, because our delivery timeline already cross.
