Hey I installed the theme and it was working fine for a week and all of the sudden the big slider just disappeared! I tried everything from clicking from grid view, to big slider and nothing seems to work. Where can I get some help and support?

When I try to create an account with google i get this error:

If you know which files modified you can reupload those files after update your theme , we recommend you to work with child theme

You can add Youtube, vimeo, facebook etc. videos via url , if you like to submit mp4 file via url you can use embed code box or you can upload mp4 files to your page in upload section
There is no enbed code box in your demo. Only url and upload available.
You can see in product page images , we didn’t enable embed option for demo
Oh I see. It is possible for you to include feature iframe template automation anywhere in the future? Typing iframe code everytime to post a direct link to mp4 will be really painful.
