Hello, js library makes the animations on the border of shapes (aka strokes) and not on the fill color. If you SVG file contains tags <polyline>,<line> or <path> with strokes icon can be animated. If you have your own svg icons you can try to change “fill” to “stroke” using a program like Figma but there is no guarantee that this will work properly

Hello, try to open http://*************.com/wp-content/themes/cuber/inc/demo-import/cuber-export.dat in the browser. Also, check file via file manager on your server. Probably, there are problems on your hosting/server configuration.

I noticed one tiny detail which displays wrong information and I do not know where to update settings.
Visual Portfolio:
Category for the item is named “Rentals”
When entering the portfolio item on website the Tagline/Site title on the tab in browser says “Photography – Sitename”. Optimal here would be if it says the actual category name “Rentals – Sitename” or Portfolio item name.
Where can I update this?
Hello, you can install any seo plugin (for example Yoast SEO) and change title. Now is showing Item name – Sitename
Where does it get the Item name from? “Photography” is not defined anywhere from what I can see.

If you are using API key, be sure that you are registered a new one API key(not default from the demo). Yes, it’s possible, but not for all SVG. Icons should have a special structure

Svg file that contains tags <line><polygon> and other but not the <path>, you can open svg icon in the text editor and check it. For our demos we are using linea basic icons.

For visual portfolio it seems like I can not update part of the form “Client”. Portfolio item options > Client / Project / Date
Updated name and even deleted it but it remains as a standard form option on existing and any new portfolio items I create. How to force this to not show?
Preferably it would be possible to update fields and add new ones to customize information.

Hello, looks like all works fine. Do you use the latest version? Provide please credetenials via support form, I will try to figure out what is wrong. Also you can customize portfolio on you wish, you need to edit portfolio items with wpbakery page builder. To do it just enable builder for visual portfolio items WPBakery Page Builder Settings > Role Manages > Post Types “Custom” > Select Portfolio > Save

Just one thing with footer alignment for footer when using the widget used in demo.
Using < p style=”text-align:center” > to align content in the center. When using the widget for footer this additional footer space the content end up slightly to the left of the center on Desktop. When using mobile the content is aligned in the center as it should.

Follow the below steps to set favicon in your site. Prepare image file. It must be square, and at least 512 pixels wide and tall. Go to Administration Screen > Appearance > Customize Click Site Identify Click Select Image at Site Icon section, upload the image file you prepared in the above step from Upload Files tab screen, and click Select.

Have one issue in regard to Visual Portfolio.
I have URL set to external website for ‘Project URL’ and it is updated accordingly. But when trying to access external website URL via ‘Visit project’ button it directs to the very same portfolio project and not the external URL set in dashboard.

I am not able to edit any content of the demo via WPBakery, some of it I just need to update existing content in fields but nothing happens if I press Edit.
Not able to add any new wpbakery forms on new pages or posts either.
