Hey, I’ve got a question about the gallery with left filter. I want to place an image banner above the gallery but when I try to do that, the image banner stands above the menu. So the menu stands between the image banner and the gallery, but of course I want the menu to be at the top. How can I fix that?

You can use the third party plugin but our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Visual Composer, Grid, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer. Technically speaking, since Photography Napoli | Photography WordPress for photography was developed according to development best practices, and well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with Photography Napoli | Photography WordPress for photography, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Hello, I´ve purchased the theme. But so far I don´t really understand it. When I want to install the Demo Data, I install the plugins and then when I go for content it only shows – White Demo, Black Demo, Settings and Customize options. I kinda have the feeling that something is wrong. As I expected to have pre-setup of the templates you´re showing in your preview.

2. When the plugins will be installed on your side(success), you have to press Import Demo Data:

Thanks for reply. Well when I installed the theme 1. thing was that I went for Appearance – Import Demo Data – Plugins. And I installed it. So now when I want to do it, it says that all default plugins are instaled but for example I cant see – The grid, Visual composer etc. And As you mentioned above. I cant go Admin Panel – Appearance – Install plugins. I have no option for plugins in Appearance. But under Appearance next is Plugins. So what should I do Should I send u any screens? 1) If you create gallery classical in the post you can’t use it on other pages. But if you create it as portfolio item you can use it on other pages.
2) According to your second question about the featured images in the post. If I understood you right you wish to use theme images in other pages. Yes, you can use it anywhere you wish. All images from these theme are not protected by the author so you can use it anywhere

Hi Team,
I have switched off Style Black in Theme Colour option. Although I am getting the menu background as white – background colour of rest of the page is black. I want the background to be white / off white as well (just like the menu background). Can you please help me here?

I have been trying to install Napoli since 2 days but have not been successful yet.
Problem: > I am getting this 404 Error while trying to view the site from WP admin dashboard page after installing the theme. > I am not getting all the demo pages / themes.
System Details: Current PHP version: 7.1 Current WP version: 4.9.6
What I have done so far: After reading the support forum and blogs over internet, I have already tried below: 1) Saved the Permlink 2) Edited the .htaccess file to reflect below:- BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule>
- END WordPress 3) Edited the Php.ini file to contain below: memory_limit = 512M upload_max_filesize = 512M post_max_size = 512M max_execution_time = 400
Additionally I do not see all the demo themes loading too. But as I read I can try ‘Import Demo Data’ from appearance after installation. I tried and it brings me back to the same set up wizard which I tried in the beginning of the installation – so I am not really sure what is going wrong. I do not know what else to do – please advise ASAP. I have dropped an email to foxthemes.com@gmail.com
Never mind. After clearing the cache of my browser and restarting – it worked. The 404 is gone now. I am able to see the themes. Thanks.

I have noticed that the fonts on my website has changed. I can’t remember the name of the font that was used before but it’s now using “Libre Baskerville” and I don’t really like it….how do i revert to the old font?
