As I said, please install the WP cron Control to manage your job alert cron. Then you can delete the alert as you want.

The issue from your menu width, please go to customize/ header/ navigation alignment/ and reduce the NavBar Link Spacing (px) option. It will help you reduce the navigation width and fix that issue.

1) Can we limit access to the number of CVs an employer can view based on a subscription package?
2) Alternatively to 1, can we limit access to the contact details of the job applicant/cv owner based on a subscription package but still allow the employer to view the candidate profile – e.g. Check candidate capabilities but not allow contact details viewing depending on their package.
We want the job board to be “Employer Focused” based on subscription packages. I.e. Allow candidates to post resumes for free and attract employers (through paid subscriptions) to use the board. In order to trigger their interest we need them to be able to see that the board has the appropriate candidates but limit access to their contact details based on “credits” or “service packages”.
3) Do you offer customization services (not CSS but functionality)
