HI, I have a question. Can I set up something like array with list of aparments? Each row should has pdf with plan of the flat and regular infos about it – which floor, how many rooms and so on. Hi Mira, Thank you for your reply. The main question is does theme contain option for listing appartments which are in one block. Cause what I saw is mainly real estate themes/plugins wants to manage houses in different locations, but I have two buildings and I want to have possibility to show to a people table with flats where I can filtering it by selecting e.g. floor from dropdown list with floors and so on. Would it be possible with your theme?

Unfortunately, such table is not included by default. But you can add apartments to different categories, where the category is the name of the block. The user will be able to choose the necessary block/category in the sidebar, like here http://windsor.themerex.net/apartments-for-rent/ Regards

WP version is antiquated (4.8.1) and there isn’t a path to upgrade. A manual upgrade may be possible but the support thread mentions that the theme is current and compatible.
Is there a theme update that will allow updating WP to 4.9.7? Our dashboard is showing the theme current at Version: 1.6.2

Our theme is fully responsive, it has been tested on mobile devices. Please check if you installed any 3rd party plugins – some of them may not be fully compatible with the theme and cause conflict, deactivate them one by one. Also please check if you added custom css rules without using media queries – it can also affect responsive mode.

I must say, this is one of the best wordpress themes out there. I don’t understand why it doesn’t have much sales. I’ve worked with so many themes in the past, and this one is the most customizable. It’s also a good learning curve by understanding how the theme is coded.
My boss gave me this theme to work with and the client has requested so many changes that the layout almost deviated from the original demo. Fortunately, this theme is so easy to customize. These are the good things I find in this theme:
1. Pluggable functions.
It’s easy to overwrite the existing functions because of this. Most theme developers neglect this, sadly. 
2. Filters/Hooks.
You can add filters/hooks on almost every data/options/area to suit your needs without changing the parent theme source files.
3. Directory Hierarchy.
This theme has its own function of traversing directories and prioritize the child theme, so you can override almost every files on the parent theme, including font icons sets and auto generated scripts ! Honestly, this is the one I’m most thankful about to the author.
Things that might be of concern to others or improve by the author:
1. The side menu only works on one-page website because you had to manually add the anchor on each row. You can only modify it to make it work like a menu to link other pages if you are knowledgeable in PHP/JS.
2. There’s a bug on _init.js that breaks your layout when you have a video on page that uses the wordpress media element. You can fix it by copying the script on your child theme, commenting out the line that causes the error, then turn on debug mode to generate script that hold all theme js codes on your child theme.
3. The Shop page header image cannot be override with the feature image you set unless you use the theme customizer, but then the header image you set there is applied to all other pages, not just the shop page.
4. The Service individual page does not show the related services like how Product individual page shows related products for ease of access. Although you can use the services shorcode for this, you cannot exclude the current service from showing.
Well, that’s just it. But overall, this is really the most customizable theme I’ve ever worked with. If we ever had new clients, I’d make sure to search ThemeRex collection first before searching other places.

As for the no. 1, i meant it in a way that you won’t need to add anchors on each pages, because that would require a lot of work for the client.
As a workaround I made it like this http://i66.tinypic.com/jqrnz7.jpg and then on the child theme functions.php, build the anchor links for that then append it on the footer.
Your script automatically build the icon menu on the side for that. That’s why I said, your theme is the most customisable with little tweaks, it works like a charm.

Hi, I was able to install your theme as well as all demo content. Everything works OK, except… as I scroll down the homepage, the effect of scrolling to a new homepage section with each touch of the scroll button is simply not present. The page now scrolls “normally” as every other page. That specific effect was one of the reasons I bought your theme, my investor likes it. Please navigate me how to change the scroll effect on the homepage to what you have in your demo, since I cannot find it anywhere in theme Customization settings in WP backend.
