This has still not been fixed.
I have previously reported this via CodeCanyon and your own support but this never got fixed. We have a few issues.
• Your theme does not output category description. Due to line 62 in spring-plant/inc/woocommerce.class.php As this is not a template file it cannot be overridden with Child theme. So our tweak to make it work is lost every time we update the theme. Please stop removing the action, and update the theme. • Compared to other themes we’ve tested (which is a LOT) Spring Plant is not very backward compatible for iOS devices. The layout and load speed on iPad 2 – 4 is shocking. Please look in to this.

Hi, we bought and sucessfully installed your theme. The only problem we have is with VEEERRRYYYY long TTFB (about 15 seconds). When we deactivate “Spring framework” plugin TTFB is back to normal (2-3 sek). Have you got any suggestions how should we solve this?

Another question though – when I add “social networks” element to my footer widget and add FB icon I have no option to link it to my FB page. What am I doing wrong?

Last question – is it possible to change the green color into somewhat more greenish version? If YES – where can I do that? I would also like to change my font – however I’m not able to. When I navigate to: Spring Plant Child Theme – Fonts Management – Custom Fonts – Add Custom Fonts – and pick my .ttf file and click Add Custom Font nothing happens… I’m probably not adding it in the right place?

hi, I’m wondering that some changes don’t shown on my page. If I’m changing something with WPBakery Page Builder it’s sometimes not shown on my page after updating. I have to update the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin but I’m not able to do that. I think the author has do to that. Maybe after the plugin update my problem will be solved.

Hi, I am having a plugin conflict with the theme, and I’m wondering if you can help. I installed WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels and it doesn’t work with Spring Plant installed, but it does work with the default 2017 theme. I uninstalled all plugins to test other conflicts, and it seems it is with the Spring Plant theme itself. Any idea how to fix this conflict? If you want all pages to have a general setting, you do not need to use the preset, you only setting in Theme Options Area.
