Nice clean theme . I just looked at your demo. the FLASH COUNTDOWN did not count down 1 sec. at a time. It skips .
I am looking for a MULTI VENDOR THEME. Also. The carousel does not support SWIPE . I had to hit the ARROW Symbol to go left and right. Can that be changes to support SWIPE .

The carousels are built using slick carousel, which does have the option to swipetoslide : https://github.com/kenwheeler/slick/ You can add it.

I looked at the Dokan Vendor Dashboard Page.
1. Can the Vertical Menu be set to the RIGHT? https://try.chethemes.com/tokoo-dokan/store/akther-jabeen/ 2. The Vendor Banner looks very BIG. Can the height be configured to be shorter?Also The section titles. Can background color be added to the title Text.?

1. Do you mean the sidebar ? If yes, then the answer is yes, it can be moved the right.
2. It has to be done via custom code.
3. The theme allows loading fonts from Google fonts. Not sure about configurable custom fonts.

GOOGLE SERVICES ARE BLOCKED IN CHINA This is the market i am going after. Your theme needs to allow using standard fonts NOT JUST GOOGLE FONTS Then I can buy.

1. Yes you can use the theme for alidropship.
2. Checkout and Payment on phone is the same as in desktop. They are handled by WooCommerce and not by the theme itself.
3. The theme does not send any emails. Notification emails are sent by WooCommerce which uses WordPress’s core function wp_mail. In most cases, if email is not being sent/received, then the issue is not with WooCommerce or the theme itself, but with the core email function on your web host. Please go through this link for solutions to common issues : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/ 4. The form is submittable by enter and “Apply” button is not specifically required, hence hidden in mobile.

1. We do not have a sandbox paypal. So we have not enabled it. We can enable it for your trial should you request it.
2, 4. Emails are not sent by the theme but by WooCommerce. Please check your spam folders.
3. You can configure WooCommerce setting to capture password or automatically generate password.

The header used in mobile is different and will be minimum as designed. The only menu visible is the off canvas menu. You can assign the links you want to this menu location.
The features you are requesting can be achieved using third-party plugins.

Thank you for your quick reply. It was acutally caused by my server cache… I cleared my nginx cache and turned it off too. Am only using w3 total cache now.
Now the Official brand menu. I could not change the pictures. There was no option for that. I have searched for it but I could not find.
On the product detail page, for some reasons, the website is very clustered on mobile. That free shipping and all those content that displayed well on desktop is not showing well on mobile.
