I need this resolved ASAP. I’m cant making any changes and im at risk of losing a client. Ive seen from previous comments the same issue dating back many years. This is very very alarming for me.
I will be expecting a complete refund and buying a competitor theme by end of day if this issue isn’t resolved i dont have time for negligence. If you know of any other buys that you have had emails regarding resolve these too as i have no patience any further, I already feel cheated to be sold a knowingly broken theme.

New Shopify user here, loving your templates but I have an issue with CANIFA HOME 7. After installation I got the following code error -
invalid CSS after ”... background: ”: expected expression (e.g. 1px, bold), was ”;” at 6
I ignored it but the template total ignores any colour changes on header, page colour etc. It just stays white, doesn’t matter what section I use, solid colour or background image, it just won’t display it?
Really need some advice as I have a great design based on this template.

I’m interested in this theme but after viewing the demo there are a few points to improve in my opinion.
1. The menu is too simple compared to the rest of the site design
2. Images popping up in a weird way to the image-box. Also, when another picture is selected, it should replace the big picture instead of popping up on its own. The view scale on the enlarged pics is bad on mobile.
3. The Sign in button at the register page is too small
4. Quick shop popup isn’t mobile responsive, in fact, I became stuck bcs of it
5. In some cases, the arrows of pic slider block the “add to fav” button
Otherwise a nice theme and it would be great to get these adjustments done.

Also I am wondering, how do I change the font that is on the headings of everything? Some of the letters in italics / bold do not look very nice… like on this page: https://hanga-products.myshopify.com/pages/faq I have changed all the fonts available to change on the theme to arial but it doesn’t seem to change these fonts. Can you please show me how?

How do i change the font on the home page away from the default one that appears on the home page? https://hanga-products.myshopify.com/
All of the H1 fonts, trying to change that to another font
Also, I’m trying to add images & text to the area above my collection pages. For some reason when I put content inside the content area, it is not showing up on my collection pages? Is there a setting I need to adjust to allow for content to be displayed on a collection?
Lastly, I can not get the popups on my product (quickview, wishlist) to appear, they are just blank lines. Can you please look into this as well while you are logged in. Thank you! Sorry to be a pain. I have followed all the steps in the tutorial

Here is the response I got from the developers – FYI to buyers. I am being charged $60 to be able to change the main, H1, most visible font that appears on every heading on the home page and other pages. I am also being charged $30 for the ability to have the content you put onto collection pages (header images descriptions etc.) actually appear on the collection pages.
Issue 1: I am not able to change the home page / headings font. See screen shot (attached). Please let me know how I can change the h1 font, I can not use the cursive font appearing on the homepage / headings, have tried changing using theme options but it does not change this font. >>> Response from Developers:

I had a couple questions before purchasing.
1) I see that there are currently 4 sales, and 3 different comments about the theme not installing correctly. Is there a way to prove that this installs properly?
2) I also see that there is another canifa theme but for WordPress that was released earlier than this one. https://themeforest.net/item/canifa-the-fashion-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/13645472?s_rank=1 Is this your design or just a functional translation from the original to Shopify?
I would love to use this theme for my website but wanna make sure it’s functional and customizable in Shopify before purchasing.

Original price and the sale price in collection list is reversed. the one with the slash is the sale price which is cheaper.. client thinks the price gone up.. =)
but in the product page it goes back to normal.. even in the live demo it occur so the theme itself have error..

I just bought your Canifa – Creative Multi-Purpose Shopify Theme a few days ago for a new project i am currently working on.
I downloaded the the theme archive and unzipped it in order to install it on my version of WP.
I uploaded all the files by my FTP, then logged in into my wp-admin interface for activating it.
When I tried to do so, WP showed me a error message saying that Canifa v_1.0.0 was damaged because the css file could not be found.
I double-checked the related folder on my ftp and the theme archive I have downloaded from themeforest and it appeared that the css file is nowhere to be seen.
Could you help me resolve this issue please ?

Maybe you’ve got a little confused here. Product that you are using is an Canifa Shopify and it isn’t Wordpress Theme.
We are also developing Wordpress versions for Canifa and it will be released in the near future. Hope you will wait it
