There is a banner on the details page that says “Special Offer – $19 – This weekend only!”, but the sale price is not reflected on the page or in the cart. It is weekend, and I’d like to purchase the theme at the sale price as advertised. How can we make this happen? Thank you!

It is just below the socials icons (FB, Twit, Inst), and just above the “Easy 1-Click Installation” panel. Big yellow banner with flashing ”$19”.
I apology for this actually that banner was not updated and the price of theme vary particular time period.

Do you think it will help boost sales or your reputation having potential customers know you prefer to let others pay for your mistakes instead of taking responsibility for yourself? In this scenario, the smartest thing to have done would probably be to have honored the listed sale price for one day, just to make people believe you stand behind your word, then simply pay closer attention to your banner rotation to make sure you don’t make the same mistake again. But it appears you would rather lose out on a $29 sale and the potential to gain a customer who might recommend you to others, than to honor a listed $10 discount. This doesn’t make much sense to me, but it’s your business.

First of all, this is a beautiful theme. I purchased it a few days ago and absolutely love the design and quality build. But even more impressive was the support I received for some modifications required. The turn around time and communication was excellent. 1.In mobile version the menu will be sticky but once you purchase contact our technical team they will help you to make menu sticky through css tweak. 2.We are apologize we don’t have popup newsletter but you can use any third party extension that compatible with opencart 3.x version.
