Admin > Appearance > Customize > Blog Options > Blog >
Set
“Blog Page Layout” : Full Width
“Blog Post Style” : Grid
“Pagination Style” : Infinite Scroll
You can set post title text size and other options as per your requirements.

Hi! I have an issue with the “portfolio widget”. The problem is when including this widget inside of an “accordion toggle” or a “tab”.
If the widget is visible by default (accordion open or first tab), the widget seems OK.
However, if I place the widget inside the second tab or a closed-by-default accordion, all the portfolio items are shown overlapped.

Masonry items (portfolio items are using masonry plugin script) needs to be triggered on a container & items that are visible. Masonry needs visible element in order to measure sizes and properly do layout.

I’d like to ask about the custom types included (Portfolio, Testimonials, Logos, Causes). There is some way to modify/rename the post types? They have something to do with Metabox? I tried to dig a bit into the code but I didn’t find anything.

You can translate this text with language file which is in
../wp-content/plugins/npo-site-shortcodes/languages/ folder with loco translate plugin.
If you want to change theme manually then you can edit it from
../wp-content/plugins/npo-site-shortcodes/post-types/register-post-type.php file.
( or you can do it from admin > plugins > editor > select “NPO Site Shortcodes” plugin from top – right dropdown menu > click on right side “post-types” folder and then click on “register-post-type.php” file name )

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Many WordPress core functions are not compatible with latest version of PHP 7.2 which is showing this type of error. We fixed this issue with diff. script PHP and just uplaoded theme. Please replace current theme with just uploaded theme and update “NPO Sites Shortcode” plugin to fix the issue. (you will see plugin update notice on top of the page after theme update).

When I use widgets in the footer, they overflow beyond the footer’s height. I think this is because they’re positioned absolutely. However, I can’t find where this is done. I believe this is JavaScript because the widgets don’t exist until the page is fully loaded and the style is directly in the HTML markup.
I’m not sure whether this is a bug or not.

1. Default template is full width. Please check “Full Width” is selected in “Content Layout” field of “Page Options” metabox. ( metabox section is below main editor in “Edit Page”).

Paypal settings : Go to Admin > Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Gateways
Only select “Paypal Standard” option
(deselect “Test and Offline Donation” and then click on
“Paypal Standard” link below “Payment Gateways” tab and

Under the Team members page is it possible to click on the photo and be directed to another page? There are no options for the photo in the builder.
Also, I am running into an issue where one team member photo appears larger than the other. Can you please let me know if there is a way to make the container consistent regardless of the photo size?

I’m trying to add a different testimonial quote further down my homepage. In the “Testimonials settings” it has a section to “Exclude Categories”. I have one quote set to “Donors” category and the one that I want set to “Giving” category. I typed in “Donors” so it would only show the quote with “Giving” category but it is not working. It is still just showing the quote with “Donors” category.

I installed your really nice theme today, and I like the look very much. Unfortunaletely I desperate for two bugs:
First I can’t find how to change the name of the side. I tried really everything, although uploaded a logo. But still I see left in the menu “Elvotics” and not the name of the side. How can I change it?
Second is, that I changed the text and the text position in revolution slider (I used yours as template), but since now only half of the text has changed as it should. The other ist still your text.

1) There are two logo options in logo section, one is standard and second is retina (for HD devices like mobile, iPad, iPhone etc.). Please upload retina size logo to replace theme logo in mobile devices. You can refer instruction for retina size logo.
2) Revolution slider is responsive which has double layers for same sentence. If you check slider in mobile then some layers are hide and other text layer has diff. size as per mobile screen. Please add same text for mobile display text layer to remove demo site text.

I just bought your theme and the WPBakery says it requires an update. When I try to use it, I am able to make changes on the backend, but they do not display on the site. Can you provide the updated version or another fix for this problem?

You have to upload standard and retind (HD) logo image ( from admin > appearance > customize > logo ) to hide default theme logo.

Hi – I uploaded a retina logo and it displays in Safari but not in chrome.

You can disable/edit social media links from admin > appearance > customize > Social Media Icons. Remove any text/link from social icon fields to hide it.
