Hi, within Shopify email notifications the products are showing in one vertical column instead of a horizontal table with rows and column, as neatly shown in your legend.png file. I am using Bootstrap, Shopify, Set 1. Thanks in advance.

Hey, it’s just the template’s media queries kicking-in. This relates to the width of the preview area, within Shopify.
That shouldn’t affect the actual email, once it’s sent out.

Hi I got an issue with the woocommerce email. First the product name not showing properly. Following by add cart images doesn’t load. I suspect this is because woocommerce permission issue. Can I move the image to other folder and relink the icon url? Please assist.

Not all the file need to be overwritten in order to update the design, e.g. cancelled order. File like this only include a paragraph element with text.

Could you advise a fix for this issue?
I am using your wocommerce > set 1 > email-order-details.php and the product and price text are not aligned on mobile phone display. I also remember open in desktop on some mailer when the screen is narrower this will happen.
Kindly advise.

Hey Alex,
The text gets aligned centred once the media queries start to kick in. Anything with a display area smaller than 654 pixels.

Not compatible with WooCommerce 3.5.3. Some styles not working, including email logo sizing, and generates errors in checkout. The Woo system status page shows them as invalid also.
The current versions of the email templates only support WooCommerce 3.0.x, so you might get some warnings if you’re running anything higher then 3.0.9.
i have purchased this plugin. but there is only 3 sets of templates inside. how do i get set 9 template?tq
There are 3 main design styles: default, bootstrap and material, all with several variations for headers and hero banners. These are grouped into 3 independent sets for the WooCommerce and Shopify versions.
To recreate the ‘set 9’ template, use the bootstrap theme with the header_default and hero_alt blocks.
P.S. This item is not a plugin

It’s not showing in test preview but when i send a test mail it’s showing Where i can do changes and also i’m not able to change the background image as per the video shown one image file that is not exist in the image folder

Hi, I am seeing you last updated this plugin 1 year ago. So do you still support this plugin/template and does it work properly now? and is it going to be updated to be compatible with future versions of woocommerce?
It’s kinda funny you ask: So the email part changes very rarely. I did the 3.0 switch right when it happened but most store owners are only doing the switch now. Updates to the email templates are limited to WooCommerce queries and variables. Your site’s dev can do them lighting fast.
