Hi, You just told via ticket system that I am using an old version of your theme, 1.1, but you didnt updated the download link here at Themeforest with the latest version.How is that possible? Is this legit Themeforest policy? I will make a complain on that. I am waiting for your reply 3 days to tell me that I am using an old version of them, and you havent supplied customers with the newest version of the theme??

This is terrible. I could not even get it installed. I was getting a 413 error. I contacted hostgator because it was a size related issue. I spent hours on the phone. finally I tried a different program and it installed flawlessly. It is to bad because the demo is impressive… I tried to get support here and found out it was 7 – 10 days… That is the worst support I ever heard of. You can build and put online a site in a day but if you have trouble you need to wait a week? Fuck that… These people will not pay for my lost time and the spport is NOT THERE

I would like a refund, its been over 30-45 days, I’ve been trying to contact the author via email and msg still haven’t got anywhere…Ive opened support ticket(s) regarding unable to upload the theme files since day 1 possibly corrupt…gave my login info as well. No one got back to me after they were going to upload the theme for me, even though Ive tried several ways. I already moved on and purchased a new theme and completed the project…all while I have not resolved this issue. Figured you would reply here if I commented….?

the theme has a lot of errors and there is no response from the support team from past 3 days. The theme is broken in a lot of places and its more like a demo version than like a paid version..
