Hello. I am receiving this error when trying to install the following plugins: Ivery Shortcodes and Wyde Core. Slider Revolution and WPBakery Visual Composer.

We have never seen this issue before. The function wp_clean_plugins_cache() is a built-in function of WordPress, it sounds like that there may be something wrong with your WordPress site.
Please check the following points for your site:
1. You’re running the latest update of WordPress. 2. There may be plugin conflicts on your site. If you have other plugins, try to deactivate them before installing the theme and those bundled plugins to see if it works.

Thank you for your interest in our theme! 1. You can normally use this theme with WooCommerce 3.4, we usually update the theme to make it compatible with the new update of WordPress and plugins. 2. Our members are working online from different locations, I’m based in Thailand but now in Japan. 3. This theme is compatible with WPML plugin but that plugin is not included in the theme package, you will need to purchase it individually if you’d like to create a multi lingual site. 4. Sure, we always update the bundled plugins when there is a new update available for them.

Hi,
You can choose between Dark and Light colour for the top menu. You will find it in the Ivery Options at the bottom of the page edit screen. Select the Header tab, and then change the Foreground Style.
If you’d like you change it to other colours, you may need to add CSS snippet below to Appearance -> Customise -> Additional CSS:
#header .header-menu .dropdown-nav a,
#header .header-menu:not(.w-fixed) .dropdown-nav > ul > li > a {
color: blue;
}

The CSS snippet I provided couldn’t change the colour of the active menu item which is always the same as the theme color scheme. If you’re on another page, you will see the menu text colour has been changed: http://www.alexedmead.com/portfolio-item/miscellaneous/
I have no idea why you have only one menu item in the top menu. If you’d like to create a one page site, you should enable the One Page Website in Theme Options -> Page to achieve this. Once you enable that option, all pages from the top menu will be added to the front page so you don’t need to put all content into the same page (home) manually.

I have posted using a wrong account. Here is my question.
I have around 600-700 portfolio items. I have put in all and each has their own category.
I have chosen the portfolio to display only 50 per load. After 50 items being displayed, it will appear a “load More” button.
But when i click “load More” it will show another 50 portfolio items.
The issue was, the portfolio shown will be duplicated. Its will shown more than 2 times on the same portfolio items especially when i applied filter (more noticeable on the duplication).
Any solutions or advise on this issue?

This is a compatibility issue with the Slider Revolution plugin.
Thank you for reporting this issue. We will fix it in the next update of the theme.
In the meantime, you may need to disable the AJAX Page in Theme Options -> AJAX Options to work around this.
Thank you….its stabilized now when i disabled the AJAX options. Especially when i create another search button and put it on the page content (using the same class as top search), sometimes it didt work. Now is working fine. You save may day…thanks again…

We use the prettyPhoto jQuery lightbox in this theme. To show the portfolio page in the lightbox, you will need to edit the code to replace:

However, it will show the whole portfolio page in the lightbox, you couldn’t show only the main content section because that is not included in the theme design and it doesn’t support.

We’re sorry but the Frontend editor is disabled by default when using this theme as you can see in the theme features below:

We also use the Backend editor to build all pages and posts on our demo sites, it works perfectly and seems to be faster than the frontend editor.

So this plugin requires frontend editor in order to drag and drop the hotspot icon location. So i just it just to do this function.
Is there a possibility to enable it? Really need your advise on this or can you recommend a easier hotspot plugin that can integrated to your theme?

You will need to add custom function below to functions.php in your child theme to enable the frontend editor:

However, we’ve never tried this theme with the frontend editor and the Hotspot plugin is not included in the plugins support list so it might not work correctly.

Hello,
If the page builder is not enabled on the footer page, you can enable it in WPBakery Page Builder -> Role Manager. In Post types, choose “Custom”, then select “wyde_footer”.
Everything is working well on our demo site.
However, the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin is not compatible with PHP 7.2. If you are using PHP 7.2, you will need to downgrade it to 7.1 to work around this.
Also, there may be a plugin conflict on your site, try to deactivate other plugins to see if it works.

Those are a menu item, you can edit them in Appearance -> Menus, select the Contact Info menu to edit.

All sliders are included in the demo content. When you import the main demo, you will have only slider from that one.
If you’d like to get sliders from other demos, you will need to import other ones.
Here’s a quick guide to import all sliders:
In Theme Options -> Home, select only Sliders option, then click on a thumbnail each demo. This will import only sliders from the chosen home page.
Do the same things with other home demos one by one.

hello the plug in slider revolution need to be activated, but the purchase code is wrong, the purchase code is for the theme and not for plug in? I ha ve to buy the plug in? cause it is absurd if it is the way to go on…
The Slider Revolution plugin is included in the theme. You can normally use it without activation. The product activation option is only available for direct customers who purchased that plugin individually, and to enable automatic update feature but you don’t need it. You will get the new update after you update the theme. So, you don’t need to purchase it and you can ignore the notification message about product activation. You can find more details on how to install and update the bundled plugins in our documentation.
hello I need help, I ve bought every theme yesterday, I ve installed it, but the plugin slider revolution is not possible to be installed. why? Wordpress tell me that there is the directory yet, but it isn’t possible! so I ve removed the theme and re installed it, but there is the same problem. how I can fix this problem? whereas how I can make the same graphic site of your demo? Sounds like the Slider Revolution plugin couldn’t be installed completely on your site, if you couldn’t delete it from the Plugins page, you will need to delete it from the plugins folder on your web server directly. Open FTP or web file manager, delete the folder called “revslider” from “wp-content/plugins/”.
After you delete it, back to your WordPress admin page so you will see a notification message to install it again.
All graphic and other media files are included in the demo content, after you import demo content in Theme Options -> Home, you will receive all posts/pages including images so your site will look exactly the same as our demo site.
However, importing media can take several minutes to complete the process, please ensure that you’ve increased the PHP limits on your web host to the minimum as provided in our documentation.

You can activate the plugin on your Plugins page, if it couldn’t be activated. There may be a plugin conflict on your site. Try to deactivate other plugins first, then activate the Slider Revolution plugin to see if it works.
