I installed theme but when I go to import demo content, I get an error message, so I do an import without media, it said it worked but the new theme is not showing on my site even after I activated it. I tried to make a login on your forum but it says my purchase code is incorrect.

Having similar issues as others where my Purchase Code isn’t being accepted in either my site where the theme is activated or the theme support forum itself. I’ve already tried updating the theme multiple times, and installing the plugins individually from the site content folders…still no option to activate and get the rest.

in the theme description it says One click import demo data. But I can’t seem to find it in the purchased version?

Problem is, that the theme in wordpress looks nothing like the demo version I saw before buying the theme. The main problem is the header/slider area in your demo version, that doesn’t seem to be a feature in the version I bought.

I am awaiting support since 6 days without a resolution.

This theme can not be activate with the envato market purchase code, and i can’t enter to the support center with the same code. i want a refound.
