Looks like a hosting issue which is causing WordPress to not send email.

You can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ to test it. If plugin fails to deliver email then contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix emails for your hosting/WordPress install.

I have modified related links in related plugin for you. You can download tourpress-pack.zip from https://jmp.sh/BE7scdd and update “TourPress Pack” plugin ( remove previously installed TourPress Pack plugin and install this new one ) and your social network links in top bar will open in new page.
