When uploading the plugin (WPBakery) in our WP environment, we receive the error “Unpacking the package…Could not create directory.”. We tried to fix it with a CHMOD 777 on the wp-content/plugin and wp-content/upgrade folders, but that doesn’t solve the issue. How can this be fixed?

Mobile navigation is NOT working, already assigned mobile menu.
It doesn’t even work on your demo site. Please fix ASAP!
ALSO there is no option to put the post title ABOVE the featured image.
No options to have the “Masonry Grid” style work in conjunction with a Visual Composer page.
No documentation about changing footer / widget text colors, need to do that manually via custom CSS.
Should add a drop shadow option for the main menu.
Mobile Menu still isn’t working.
Also there is no Medium or Telegram icon in the social icon plugin, why not let us choose from the entire FontAwesome library instead of limiting it?
This is a decent theme but is lacking a lot of good features to make it work properly and stand out!

In Select Porfolio List when I click to open an image, the counter with 2 photos appears, with an arrow pointing to the side. But these are not galleries, they are just shortcodes for images. How can i fix your bug?

I am using woocommerce, and the ‘synergia/woocommerce/product-searchform.php’ is outdated. When will you make an update for the theme, so this will work. It is pretty urgent.

Please note that we will include compatibility with the latest WooCommerce in the next theme update. WooCommerce updates are usually minor changes and will not affect the functionality of your site. If everything is working fine with your shop, you can ignore this notice for now. Otherwise, you can revert back to WooCommerce version 3.4.3 until we release the next theme update.

Will an update for the theme be forthcoming that’ll update the fontawesome icons? The current ones are now out-of-date since the Pinterest and Youtube logos for social media icons are the old ones.

Having a problem with blog post categories, blog posts do not show unless I select certain categories, new categories ticked do not show the blog post. I have to use only a few categories.

Hi there, I have recently purchased your theme and got couple questions.
For your Vertical Slider, can we place the vertical slider element with other element in the same page. If so, how? It breaks the page every time when I try to place that with other element.
How do I put a “button with boxed style” on the revolution slider and How do I style the button? I did try but the button just does listen to my style setting.
