what you’re describing sounds like a browser cache related issue, can you try clearing your browser cache or testing using incognito mode?

Dear Pukka Themes, I cannot find my purchase on Envato accound anymore. Could you guys please inform me on how to proceed?
I do not have a purchase code because the info is not available on Envato, only the payment details from PayPal. The envato team is not being helpful, since I have more than one account there and they cannot find the download in any. Id like to know how to use the files again.

I’m sorry to hear that, but all payment processing is handled by Envato and we (as an author) don’t have any customer information.
When a theme is purchased you should’ve received a confirmation email. I would suggest that you try to find it as it should contain purchase code which can be used to confirm your purchase with Envato.

I bought Ubergrid theme in 2014 and since then I’m so happy with your theme… it rocks!
But I’ve found a ‘malfunction’ with My Eventon Plugin: http://www.myeventon.com, a Calendar / Events plugin (it rocks!)
It does not work well the Google Maps drawing in Myeventon single event page or Myeventon main calendar page, BUT it works well on home page myeventon widget … so google maps are drawn perfectly in the widget.
I contacted My Eventon developers, in order to get support, and they test my site…. changing to other theme (many of them) IT WORKS WELL… so maybe it’s about the theme… any clue about what’s happening? Does ubergrid load google maps JS api also?

we haven’t had any similar issue reported, but depending on the setup we might include Google map’s API script.
You can use ‘pukka-google-maps’ handle to dequeue it from your child theme.

I don’t know what causes this malfunction, but I’ve observed that with Firefox, in a computer where never loaded the website, it works the first time… but the second, it doesn’t work.
I’ve notice also that in Mobile it works correctly… maps are shown in single event pages and calendar pages… but in desktop computer not…
So maybe is not a Maps API loading issue…

then probably something else is causing the issue. You can inspect page source and easily check if Google Map’s script is loaded from Ubegrid theme.
Also, try disabling all other plugins and see if that solves your issue.

1) I’m sure this is a simple request but I’m trying to increase the amount of featured boxes that appear in my categories, currently it features 10 and now when I add a new post the last one disappears. 2) I’d also know how to remove the category title that appears at the top of the page. 3) And is there a way to shrink the post/page title font size.

1) Did you try to change number of posts displayed using default WP setting in Settings -> Reading section: http://prntscr.com/gvph53
2) If you want to remove category title from grid page try adding following to the “Custom CSS” field (Theme Settings -> Style):
.brick-cat-title { display: none !important; }
3) Sure, just add this CSS snippet to the same field as well:
.content-wrap .page-title { font-size: 50px; }

The font size didn’t change either, I can’t see what the problem could be. My custom css is as follows:

in most cases this problems are caused by invalid code which makes all code following not to be applied.

really strange issue. Just activated the theme. trying to upload my logo by going to theme settings > Logo, but every time I click the button to upload my logo, I get the message ‘saved, your changes have been made’. It never lets me upload my logo? Ideas?

this is really strange issue as we never had reported anything similar. Please make sure that you’re using latest Ubergrid theme version (1.3.6) and if you’re using child theme switch to parent theme.
If that doesn’t solve your issue, update WP as well to the latest version and try deactivating all your plugins. If your issue is solved after plugins are deactivated simply activate them back 1 by 1 until you find the culprit.

The same Oswald Light font webfont (woff) is served from two different url if you use childtheme, with same content/size… so the same file.

are you sure that isn’t caused by a modification you’ve made?
Our child theme doesn’t have any assets (including fonts) and it’s style.css file just imports style.css file from parent theme.
I’ve also checked this issue in our development environment and I could see only one ‘oswald-light’ font.

Ubegrid is tested with WP 4.8 and we haven’t had any issues reported.
As far I can see that file is WP core file, not part of Ubergrid theme, so you would probably need to re-update WP.

we’ve did testing with PHP 7.0.x and there weren’t any problems. Also, we hadn’t had any issues reported regarding any PHP version, so I would say that there shouldn’t be any problems.

Hello; I use the latest version and I need to change the text font to be used everywhere in the site with a google font that is not on the list under Typography/Text Font. simply adding a link like you did isn’t enough.
By adding it you’ve enabled to be used on the site, you also have to apply it to the elements which you need to change font to. For this you should use “Custom CSS” field in Theme Settings -> Style section.

Hi! Need a little help. I just updated my UberGrid theme to 1.3.5 and now my grid boxes on my site’s home page wont load. I don’t use Front Page Manager so i dont have that option checked in settings. But If i select that option grid returns but loads random boxes instead of latest post. how you would like to include download file? If you want to make a file available for download you can:
1) upload it to media library 2) copy a link to it 3) link it in accordion’s text field
On the other hand if you want to insert some custom code into accordion content you should switch editor to text mode before doing so.

Hi, The problem is that when I try to upload the document to media library, this message is showed on “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons” The file extention is .RIS. This format is used to export bibliography for reference mannagers softwares. For that reason we are asking for another options. Thanks in advance!

You can try to use this plugin (I didn’t test it) https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-extra-file-types/ to allow additional file types.

should change line height.

it seems like you’re using our other, SympaGrid, theme.
I see social icons as squares ( http://prntscr.com/ded6rn ), but this issue is most probably caused by some kind of icon font conflict. Can you try disabling plugins and see if any of them is causing the issue?

by default link format is used to link articles on other sites, so that’s why link is opened in new tab.

I want to add an animated .gif as an post image. I add it as an secondary image and it is animated on the featured site. But after clicking on it, it is an static one. The picture have a size of 695px. When I click on the archive I got the post with the full size, also animated. Why it didn’t work when I want read the article?

Hi Arnim,
when you use secondary image (which is used only for grid layout) the image is displayed as uploaded. But on single post (or page) page featured image is used.
WordPress creates smaller versions of each image when is uploaded and such smaller image is used on single post page. My guess is that animated gif doesn’t play well with the way WP resizes images.
If you would like to use original uploaded image on single post page you could make a small template file modification. In particular you should edit single.php file and change marked “thumb-single” to “full” ( http://prnt.sc/cx58et ) and see how that goes.
