2. Yes, you need to add the country and city manual. On the next time, we will find the way to import the country, city via CSV file. We use the same location for job posting and resumes.

Hi There,
When i go to your website as an unregistered user and click on the “bookmark” love heart for a job, it then shows me a pop up window to ask if i would like to log in or create an account. When i create an account, right after ive booked marked my job, it never saves the original bookmark within my profile, so i loose my bookmark. Is there a way to make sure that a new user can be either re-directed to that original page where i first booked the job, or option 2, is there a way that my job can in fact be saved after i sign up as i originally clicked on that job to be saved before i signed up ? We have checked the bookmark and login function on our demo. It still work fine. To view the job bookmarked, please go to user menu bookmarked. After login to the site, you need to re-click a bookmark button again to bookmark. Our theme can’t make the auto bookmark for the Job when you login from popup form.

I just purchased job monster so I’m really disappointed thats its buggy and doesn’t work to be honest.
I was already sceptical as your using visual composer and wp slider, both of which require licenses even though you say its included. Every day they want to be updated and its not possible to update when buying from you. I need a direct license which is a bit misleading in your sales pitch. If not updated then the site backend is always telling me I need an update which I cannot complete.
Please assist asap or I will need a full refund, I both this an hour ago.
Site is completely blocked and will do nothing but display this error. I had to delete through my hosting and start with a fresh install!!!

We like your theme and want to buy it, but we need certain answers before we proceed.
If you can’t undertake customizations (such as recurring payments) will it be possible to do it ourselves (with a developer) or recommend someone? Especially recurring payments is a deal breaker so either through your or through a developer we have to implement it.

Hi, I bought the theme a few years ago and now I get a complain from one applicant that she applied for a job and uploaded a cv document. Her cv is totally public for everyone and cached by google. It turned out that every cv has the same publicity wich is a huge problem. In my case it affects about 4000 applicant’s personal information, not to mention GDPR requirements. I’m kindly asking for an update as soon as possible to solve this issue. Thanks.

Thank You for your answer. I found View Candidate Contact / Search Resumes options setted to Private/Employeer and those urls are still accesable outside. eg: example.com/wp-content/uploads/jobmonster/58c686e30fa8b/John-Smith-Cv.pdf. Google extracts and indexes text from pdf and if i Search “John Smith” via Google i get result to the link above. So everybody can see and download that cv.
Okay, as I see, you want the limit access for the download CV. We will find the solution to do it. It also difficult to restrict access from Google search.

From the 4.5 change 1/ the job categories stopped showing from the widget on the homepage 2/ Cannot change the employer company it just shows a tick. I cannot change posted by nor company options

1. Closing date is the job apply expiry, and the job expiration date is the job duration time display on the listing.
2. To make the job posting doesn’t go to the draft, you just do step to step submit the form.
3. Sorry, with the expired job, we don’t support this function to renew if the job expired on this version. But you also can clone the expired job. On the next time, we will develop this feature for the expired job.
4. Go to job details, you can see the application label on the title, or you can go to front-end job manager, it also has the number of application.
