just remove the old theme and upload + activate the new theme.
But I would still recommend a full backup of your WordPress content. Just in case something unpredictable happens.

I’ve seen a variation of this comment on here already. The WPBakery Plugin is requiring me to buy a license in order to use it. It was my understanding that this should work out of the box.
If this isn’t working, I’m severely hamstrung in being able to edit the first page. Particularly the logo.

You don’t need an activation key.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience the problem is based on the version of the WPBakery Plugin.
It doesn’t work with the latest version of WordPress in some cases. We updated the plugin.
Please download the theme again from ThemeForest or contact me via the contact form on this page that I can install the latest version of the plugin for you.

Hello,
we have a major problem with safari (mobile) when scrolling from section to section after the hero it becomes incredibly choppy to scroll down further. The problem could be solved if we could add a button (same as for the hero section) that triggers the scroll to the next section as here (https://www.screencast.com/t/pouTIdRSaFu) If I just add another Button (open overlay) the button does not scroll to the next overlay section. How can this be achieved? Thanks for your quick response
On Desktop the button to the next section works but on mobile there is no response. The hero button also works on mobile.. We need the button to work also on mobile to switch to the next section.

Gravity is not Woocommerce ready. I would not recommend using it with the Gravity theme.
But it is possible to integrate it but it would take a lot of time to integrate it. Coding skills are required.

Hi – I am trying to edit this theme, and to begin with – import the demo content. I import demo content and literally nothing happens – the site does not load, it just circles the loading graphic without ever loading the site. Help.

unfortunately, we do not have such a guide but our contact form system does not store any data.
It directly creates an email and sends it nothing is stored in the WordPress database.
It should meet the GDPR regulation standards.

Hi. I installed the theme, everything is apparently fine, but suscribe and contact forms don’t seem to work: nothing happens when the fields are filled and you click on the arrows to apply (for the suscribe form, I tried both the file and the Mailchimp possibilities, none worked).

You can also add as many pages as you like but you can only link with buttons to the imprint page.

Just purchased the theme. I urgently need your help/ support. I’m unable editing the content – since the WPBakery-Backend doesn’t show any content. Pls let me know how to proceed. Right now I can only make changes vis the Classic-Editor.

I have seen it and I do understand but the answer you gave to me does not help me. I really love this theme and I just want to use the forms, scroll the page and change the weight of the police because it is too small.
Hi, as I said in the email. The problem was based on the CSS class.
You can easily change the font style via the included Yellow Pencil style editor.

I try to apply a different background on each page / section or I can’t. Either I apply the same background everywhere. Either the background is visible in live preview but doesn’t apply later. Can you help me ?

the background is always the background from all sections.
The sections are an overlay over the background.
There is no way to add a unique background to each section.
