Hi, this supposed to have a Visual-Composer, I have imported the demo as described in the guide but I do not have the backend/frontend editor when I try to edit the main page of the demo. Please help I’m stuck with a front page that I cannot edit :/

Hola! He comprado la plantilla y no me deja personalizar ninguna página para poder insertar el logo, cambiar colores, fondo… Me aparece el siguiente error:

“Tu tema tiene 15 áreas de widgets, pero esta página en concreto no las muestra. Puedes navegar a otras páginas de tu sitio mientras estás usando el Personalizador para ver y modificar los widgets mostrados en esas páginas.”

Sólo he instalado los plugins que vienen con el tema. Ninguno más.

I followed documentation, increase all resources needed inside ht access. After a long wait importing Live demo nothing happened. NO menu NO new pages NO content. I did check Rar file downloaded from evanto account, NO demo folder inside. Plugins save inside rar files is incomplete. I need as is Demo like yours please help me! I crated a ticket a few days ago & now I can’t login to the support site. I have no psd files from the theme & the documentation does not explain how to customize the demo. If I cant get any help TODAY I want my money back. I need the psd files & clear instructions on how to change each section of the demo.
