Hi there, try to open ticket again. When you open a ticket you have to choose inForward WordPress. If you choose another category you will see error. About Events. Try to deactivate and remove Event plugin and after install this plugin again

I do not recommend buying this product. You can not change the color of the head or the footer, for example. I made a claim days ago and still have not solved it (I paid the support for 12 months).
