For your kind information, Flake Web Hosting and WHMCS Technology Template is a HTML template, it is not any WordPress theme. So you can not install it on WordPress.

Hello, I bought this theme for wordpress, when I installed it copying the folder into wp-content/themes I got this error mesage in the theme selection:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Name Description flake_main_file Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
The theme is extracted from zip file: themeforest-21371599-flake-web-hosting-and-whmcs-technology-template.zip
Please kindly help or maybe the zip file is incorrect but there is no other choice than that file.

Yes I understand. I meant to purchase the slake template but when I click purchase button the website took me to the flake. I thought it was meant to be like that so ignored it but I know realize that it is a different product but I have paid it. So how I can return it and claim my money back and buy the correct again?

It’s an HTML Technology Hosting template and we have a separate theme for WHMCS and the link of that page is this http://marveltheme.com/tf/html/flake/flake/whmcs.html And inside that iframe, you can see there’s Login and Register pages.

Is there a way to get the js plugin files a separate files instead of all in one plugin.js file? Because that file is not compatible as is with whmcs and all the plugin info is put together in a way i cannot take out certain sections.

Hello, I have purchased this but I am confused of what I received, please help! I downloaded the zip from my downloads page which contains “documentation” and “main_file”. None of the files in these folders are named “flake” or “flakewhmcs7” What am I meant to FTP upload in order to get to the theme on wordpress?

I hope that you have also installed and activated the flakewhmcsv7 theme on your WHMCS settings. If you have did that then I hope that will load the flake theme on your site.

Everything was installed. The theme we have is litterally just a default WHMCS theme with a color change and no image changes or anything unique. You can’t even use the Weebly selling options etc with your theme as the pages won’t load.
Very few aspects of the theme provided actually work.
