1. The theme is available in English only but can be easily translated to Russian using Loco Translate plugin.

2. Yes, shopping cart works. However sending emails is not handled by the theme but by WooCommerce. You can read about notifications sent via WooCommerce here : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

3. Your purchase includes 6 months support which can be extended if required. Customisations however is not part of support. Please read our support policy here : https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy

5. I am not sure what you are referring to as personal account ? Please clarify. You can customize your website via admin panel.

Hello, Ibrahim! Thanks for your answer! About answer #5: I mean button “my account”, which located and the right of the header. Same questions about buttons “Store Locator”, “Track Your Order”, “Shop” – do they work? Is it customizable via admin panel? Are they present in all versions of the theme?

And the last question: can I customize payment options by myself and connect it with online banking? (I have instructions and code from bank to connect)

Thank you for your clarification. “My Accoun”, “Shop”, Track Your Order” are WooCommerce pages and they work. Store Locator however is a dummy link. You’ll have to replace it with a page that has your own content.

Payment gateways work independent of the theme. Our themes also don’t have any code that would change payment gateway’s work. We have only added styles that is how they look and not functionality that is how they work. WooCommerce has varied options for Payment gateways. You can read about payment gateways available with WooCommerce here :

I have installed the recent theme update and the WP Bakery is not present when I hit the Install Plugins tab. All other plugins are there, minus Bakery

The latest compatible version included is v5.5.2. You can install it from Appearance > Install PLugins. If you do not see Install Plugins, you can de-activate and delete ‘Visual Composer’ plugin and install it from the package.

If you intend to do Elementor only, then older pages that uses Visual Composer will have to be done using Elementor again.

yes, I use WPML and when I translate the product I create one product for the second language and then the “Accessories” & “Specification” are not showing in the product page.

Even the response havent solve the issue…I’m still asking for another alternative plugin to dokan. if dokan is no longer compatible, there has to be another option. My main reason for purchasing your theme is for a multi vendor ecommerce. Please help

The theme is compatible with Dokan, WC Vendors and WC Marketplace. You can use any of the multi-vendor plugin of your choice. However you issue is not due to non-compatibility.

My personal recommendation is Dokan as they have a wonderful support team. The issue that you’ve raised about the absence of “Dokan” menu in admin panel is not due to the theme. I’ve also notified Dokan developers about this as they are in the best position to answer this question.

Hello there,

The class-mobile-detect.php lists a URL vonino.eu. This file is used for detecting mobile access to load mobile pages.

Its not a malware file. It just lists a URL in a comment which is now infected with malware. You can simply remove the commented line 378.
