Hi ,i bought the theme from yr company last year, but unlucky, we have to change the domain, because another topnotch construction company dont want us use the topnotch.nz.so we have to change the new domain to topclass.co.nz. and i try to upload the theme, but now is no working, and i already backup whole website,can u help me to solve this problem, tks

Most probably that is due to a few server settings limiting resources for your site. Maximum upload size can be 2MB and the theme’s package is larger than that. You should increase that limit to at least 64MB.
You can either reach out to your hosting company and ask them to increase it for you or read more about how to do it yourself: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress.

I installed the theme yesterday but due to the problem, I deleted it again. I tried again today but the theme is not taking the Purchase Code. Purchase code has been used in another domain. This post is showing. In my knowledge, I am active in other domains. Please help me

Before I purchase this theme. I want to know if I can create multiple filters on the folio page and sort them? Example. I have a company that does construction. I would like to take a project with the type of construction and the location. Then on the folio page give the option for people to select a location or select the construction type. Can this be done?
Let me explain this a litter better. I need to create a photo gallery for each job we do.Each gallery I need to be able to take it with the location of the job and the type of job it is. Then I need a page that will pull all of those galleries on one page and have 2 filters our customers can sort from. By location and by job type. We currently have this on our current site. but the plugin we are using is very old and the developer no longer supports it. It doesn’t work in Wordpress 5, so part of the reason we are looking to do a new site.

I think that some theme is compatible with WPBakery but its not front end…

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

When I want to add new projects, it didn’t load automatic on the “Works” page. Why isn’t that. All needs to add manually..
We decided on purpose to avoid implementing Custom Post Type and built Projects using Pages option. The main reason for that decision was to add more flexibility as well as improve the theme performance. If CPT was used it would cause a large number of database queries to be executed and the result would be the same.
On the other hand, we agree that implementing CPT would allow you to add and manage projects in an easier way but the performance wouldn’t be the same. So, if you still want to implement Projects CPT then please submit a ticket in the support center and we will take care of the rest.
