I’m the author of a plugin called HostelPRO and got a purchase from someone who claims your theme has an “upgrade to HostelPRO” link inside. Is this true? These people come with the expectation that rooms created with your theme can be transferred automatically to our plugin. If you have not built such import, don’t put “upgrade to HostelPRO” links please. It costs us refunds and complaints for something that we have no idea about.

No, I can confirm our theme 100% doesn’t include HostelPRO. I don’t know how claims that but we only use the hotel/hostel system that developed by ourself and it’s builtin with Hotel Master theme.

with this theme is there a way to handle the reservations that comes form booking.com and expedia.com? it can answer to the interrogations like a regular hotel channel manager? do you know a plugin that can do this functionality?

You may use Elementor as third party plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text , hotel list..
When you use Elementor, it will call its own element, layout.

I have a question regarding the booking process of rooms. Can i use the room booking function with out using payment process so eg. can clients request a room availability via email but not pay online.
In this case, you can disable the online payment. After customer book via email, you can contact back to them directly.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

4. Not sure about the question but this theme also has the hostel feature and you can put the search bar in homepage just like in the demo site.
5. This theme doesn’t have tour package.
