First of all, nice template! I bought the Hustbee template, but if someone wants to register a domain, it gives an error.
A dev looked at it and said that the template was wrong and that the template was the reason that the domain register gave errors. Can you please help me?

The error is: Domeinnames have to start with a letter. My dev said the error is from the template.

This error happens because there is a problem with the Domain TLDs in the WHMCS settings.
I went to your website and tried it with the “Six” template, it has the same error.

The template is “HTML” & “WHMCS” versions as described in the template page, there are no PHP files, what I told you before is that I can help you to add more pages to the WHMCS by creating a simple PHP file and connect it to a template file ”.tpl”, not to convert the HTML to PHP version.
It’s WHMCS template, you don’t have to make it PHP, just install the WHMCS in your server then install the template as explained in the documentation.
I sent you an email about how to add more pages to the WHMCS.

Hello, I recently bought your hustbee template and I really like it.
But I noticed some flaws in it, like I wish you would create footer.html & header.html sites for easier editing, because if I wanna change something in the footer now I have to change it in all 12 html pages instead of in only one of them. Sure I could do this by myself but with the next update everything needs to be made from the beginning up, so it would be cool if you would include that in the next update.
Next I noticed some bugs in the whmcs ordering tab, if you click on products and select a product category the products from whmcs show up.. but if you want to switch categories with the same method as before you can’t click on any categorie anymore because it is in the background (try it yourself then you see what I mean)
How can I disable the option that the rotation of the index.html slider stops when the mouse is not in focus? I want it to slide wheter the mouse is in focus or not.

In the HTML version you can’t separate the HTML code as “header.html” & “footer.html”, but this available in the WHMCS version “header.tpl”, “footer.tpl”, ... etc.

Hello, First off I love your theme man, I ‘ve been working on building a custom one for a year and myself and then I gave up. So your theme was a life saver. =)
my support question:

like the Support and Contact us are pushed all way down and away from the rest of the footer content? any idea how to fix this in the CSS ? it does not look good on mobile ? do you think I should change the divs classes to col-12-xs ?? since you using bootstrap or is there a better way.
I also read some of the previous buyers questions about customizing the menu in WHMCS itself ? since it pulls it from php code is hard to add to menu or edit the links in it if you can shed some light on how to do that and keep the dynamic function attached that would be very helpful
Lastly please email me any custom pages you have not included I would like to see how you build or add a custom page if needed – I already now about creating the tpl template and the php page but would like to compare my method to yours.

Quick status update I managed to fix the mobile css grid issue listed in my original post however – I am struggling with the WHMCS contact page I want the page to look similar to your HTML template so I create a custom page in WHMCS and a template and in the TPL file I pasted your code from the contact.html but the content then is placed within a col-md-9 container and sidebars show up under col-md-3 but I want full width on this specific page only and no sidebars, did some research and I can remove sidebars I guess but I dont want to remove all the sidebars I want only on my custom contact-us.php and contact_us.tpl to have no sidebars and be in full width ? just like your contact.html template? any ideas would be very helpful…

For the footer issue, it’s working very will in our preview, http://brandio.io/envato/whmcs/index.php?systpl=hustbee Make all columns to be “col-xs-6” except the last one(contact us) keep it “col-xs-12”.
About the menu, it’s very easy to change it by adding a small php file in the folder “includes/hooks” located in the main folder of the WHMCS, please send me an email with the customization that you want to make with menu (adding links, removing links ..etc). This is my faisal@brandio.io

Your points really make sense, this however can be added manually it you want it, just purchase the item and we’ll add it to you.
*To make it clear why we don’t added those elements is because when updating it you’ll need to manually update those edited elements and pages mentioned above. Example is the header, if you update it, the chat and other icons will disappear as it’s not originally from WHMCS. That we’re trying figuring out a good way to make it easy in updates for you. We’ve solved similar issues and we’ll solve this hopefully.

The instructions aren’t very clear on what to do with the “Template” folder, i can edit it how i want but then how do i add that to WHMCS.

The “Template” folder is the HTML version.
To install it on the WHMCS you have to use the other version inside the “WHMCS” folder.

Change the number “2” in this line “for(var i=0;i<=2;i++){” and make it “3”, so if you have 4 pricing tables it will be 3 in the code, if you have 6 pricing tables it will be 5 in the code and so on.

Just purchased your product, but I cant figure out how to change header to make it like yours. Your documentation states what to change, but it doesnt state what file the code is in.
So for example, I am trying to replicate the “client login” button from your demo. I assume this is in the “header.tpl” I go in here and I cannot find any code with “nav navbar-nav navbar-nav-centered” in it.
I’m not sure where else to look, or what code to add to mirror your demo. Please can you help.

You have two versions of the template in the package, the WHMCS version and the other one is the HTML version. The one you are looking for is the HTML version.

Looks pretty cool but i have some additional suggestion.
Adding more pages for WHMCS theme for example Web Hosting, VPS page. So it will have all the information in those pages and so on. Like you have made it for html but connecting with WHMCS theme.
