I’m thinking to buy this theme for a client: he’s still building his hotel so we first need a website to promotion the project, after a few months, we need to use the same theme to add all the hotel stuff like the option of reservations and the OTAs manager. I think I can just disable some plugins to have the first objective. Is that correct?
We have a custom typography and we would like to have it on site not just as an image but fully editable for SEO and optimization reasons, you know. I couldn’t add any new typography in the demo. I know that if I have an Elementor pro account I can edit the css but not sure that if I have it I will be able to add the typography and icons. Can you please help me to know if I will be able and how add typographies of if I need the elementor pro account? Thaaaanks!

On the homepage (Luxury template) , just under the slider, there are 2 images with a foreground scrolling parallax effect. When in Demo mode, I tried to understand how you made it, but I unfortunately can’t, would you explain it to me, so that I can do it again when I bought the theme ?

I cannot get your theme to work with polylang plugin.
Can you tell me exactly what files you used for your italian demo? in terms of po and mo files? You don’t give enough detail in your documentation, its imposssible to get to work.
How do you clone the home and assign your pages to languages? Where did you get the language dropdown from?
Also when I turn on polylang plugin after assign a page to a language the nav disappears and no way to fix it. When i assigned a page to english the entire styling disappeared!
You should’t claim multi language and have no way to recreate your demo!!!

Well, there is way to create multi languages just like demo since you are using this plugin to do that. Some users might not have experience using polylang plugin or read plugin documentation which is fine. We can help guide you do that.

It might be related to version of PHP you are using. What’s version of PHP you are using please?
Or you can also disable “Google Map Extended” plugin if you don’t want to use it.
This is not a good or valid answer for me, of course i need to install it, otherwise i won’t be able to display google map image on my pages correct? You guys need to provide support to all the third party software that comes with your theme and that is what i expect. So please do it, my php version is: PHP version: 5.6.30
Also, i have deactivated it just to see how it looks and now, all the demo content is gone, i have literally a blank page. Not good at all

We recommend servers running version 7.2 or greater of PHP and MySQL version 5.6 OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater. We also recommend either Apache or Nginx as the most robust options for running WordPress, but neither is required.
Bu PHP version 7+ would be fine too.

Hi, does your theme supports ‘PayU Money’ payment gateway. Also, is there any provision to charge extra money for more person. Like a room is limited for 2 people, but the customer wants to keep 1 more person in that room. In that case, he/she should pay some extra money. Is there any possibility of this in your theme.

With different login? 4) If we overcome any difficulties in setting up, will you help out? 5) What do we need additionally to this theme to setup the complete booking and website designing process?

1. If the selected payment method is support then it should be working fine.
2. Registered user is optional but if customer did registered. They will be able to see booking history.
3. Sorry, I am not sure I understand you correctly, could you send me some screenshots with description please?

5. There is no need to purchase anything additionally if you want to create site like our demo ones. They are all included in theme package.

Change Looks. etc. I just want to know, are they logged in with different passwords or same password for admin is used to manage bookings? Is the booking management integrated to Admin Panel? Like, can you make changes to website settings using the same booking management login? Hope all this makes sense…
Let me explain. Even i setup the website. Someone else will be responsible on managing the Bookings. So, can they (who manage bookings) login to admin panel to make changes to the site?
Yes you can create user and set permission for example to see only booking management option but couldn’t make change on site content and setting.
