When are you going to update this template??? It is not compatible with php version 8 and above, if I upgrade to 8php version it completely brakes the website, 7.4php is not supported anymore. The latest update you did was in 2021!
and I can’t put that question into a ticket unless I buy support?? What a scam, part of your responsibilities as template developers is that you will properly update and upgrade your templates when they are not compatible anymore with different software versions, especially when they create a security issue for hacking! My next step is to contact Envato support.

2 Please go to Plugin tab -> deactivate and delete the plugin Cmssuperheroes, WPBakery Page Builder, Then go to Appearance -> install plugin and perform reinstall the plugin Cmssuperheroes,WPBakery Page Builder.

I can’t activate the cmssuperheroes plugin. I get a php error and the Wordpress admin completely stops working until I delete the folder from my plug-ins directory using ftp.

I have done everything I possibly could to optimise this website.
I installed fastest cache plugin and I applied settings,
I smushed all pictures
I specified images dimensions
I eliminated render blocking Java Script and CSS
I also used Cloudfare
Unfortunately the template is showing errors and unacceptable loading speed. I’ve checked that on both: Pingdom and PageSpeed.

Most of my website is grade A in Gmetrix, I was always happy with all purchased templates from other authors. This one I am not happy with at all. The website has grade E, unhelpful support, they don’t care about the issue. They asked me to install over 10 plugins, some of the plugins were very old, incompatible with new WP and the solution didn’t help. Do not buy this template!
