When can we expect the update? I updated before seeing this to Ver5 and now can not content composer so am unable to manipulate pages

How do i change the background color of the content of the page. i want to change it to FFFFFF. i changed it in color>default>main background color but it does not work

Background color for a whole page can be set in case Boxed layout is used (needed color should be set here https://www.screencast.com/t/UwVQqWYX )
If Liquid layout is used Background color should be set on a Section shortcodes settings

It seems that the docs are out of date. Example:
Section “Setting up Woocommerce”. The specified settings are not available under the described path. Also i get the following message from the WooCommerce Plugin:

Where do i go to import demo content / pages

The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site. You can find this file in the Demo content folder you downloaded from the Themeforest.
Please note, that all the images are not included and are substituted with placeholders, as according to our license we can’t redistribute them. Please install the WordPress importer plugin, then proceed to the Tools-Import-WordPress, upload file and import. You’ll need to import the Content itself and the theme settings.
The sliders are imported separately, so you need to install the slider plugin and import the slider sample file. The theme comes with a demo slider content import file. After you import it, you will have the same slider as we have on our demo, except that the background images will be absent and you will need to add your own instead. Our license does not allow us add background images to the download package, but all the other slider elements and settings, including timings will be imported.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import (you can find it in the DOCS folder you downloaded with the theme archive – please open index.html file in any browser).

How do I update this theme without deleting my existing site? I have downloaded the files, but there doesnt seem to be the option to update only? Just delete the site and reinstall, which is obviously going to cause problems.
I just need the google API option as the map isnt working correctly.

We recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “yoga-fit-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides please note that all changes you made via WordPress dashboard won’t be lost. Only in case if you changed the theme files directly there will be a need to copy your changes to the new theme. We’d advise you not to edit theme files directly as any customization can be rewritten by future theme updates. It would be better to customize the code, when you’re using a child theme.

I know this theme is a one-page theme, but how is it possible to make a nice looking normal page? I need some extra pages with text for good SEO ranking. But with the layout, the new pages I create do not have a regular page title and layout like with normal themes. Any way I can get away with adding new pages that look normal?

The theme comes with an .xml import file that will instantly bring most of content to your site. Hi all, apparently this theme comes with an activated Schedule Responsive Timetable plugin. Even though I have it installed I can’t get to any settings or anything, where I could set my client’s classes. On the plugin website it seems a payable service. Can you please advise? Thanks!

The matter is that after you import demo content there is a need to set the event hours on your events: http://www.screencast.com/t/BevH17ZJp . After that they will be displayed in the Timetable. The matter is that the Timetable plugin doesn’t allow to import the hours so there is a need to set the manually.

I am attempting to increase the size of the font used in the main navigation menu. I am in: Theme Settings > Navigation > Navigation Title Font. When I change the size and clear my cache I am not seeing any change in the menu font… Am I in the wrong spot?
