I’m having trouble selecting the shop product page style that is ‘single detail product’ – seems this is the only style that allows a product description to display right below the product title, I can select it in your demo but it is grayed out in my installed theme…it is listed as ‘Select template Product detail’ under product pages settings.

so have a few questions on your shopify theme below.

-collection banner section: links to pages not working. they work fine on my current theme but dont show up when I preview and even go live with yours. -any way to lock aspect ratio of image frames? cropping images at certain resolutions (scaling in X only and not Y) -remove breadcrumbs (home/product) get rid of breadcrumb image from showing up. (sort of done)I turned everything transparent for now -product page images when pop up opens are wrong aspect ratio (stretched) do these images need to be square possibly?

Hi I’m using Uma template 7 and putting it together for my website. I am looking at the main slideshow, and I’m not sure how to make it work responsively so that the image gets resized up and down for larger and smaller screens. I’m especially having problems with the mobile screen – the image doesnt resize small and so you cant see it properly on mobile. Any ideas?

For the slideshow view on mobile, the image gets cropped in super close, there is no scaling that seems to happen and this seems to be the case whether the slideshow is set to ‘box container’, ‘box full’ or ‘none’ – any way around this? This is sort of a big deal since it is the first thing a visitor sees…and since there’s no way to control the mobile appearance otherwise.

It would also be really nice if there were more alignment options for the slideshow headings – depending on the image colours sometimes the text needs to sit in different locations so that it is easy to read.

Still getting to know this theme but other than this, love it so far!

I have three issues that I need assistance with on theme 7: 1. When I use the top products section on the home page I set the display to Grid, Limit = 8, and columns in tab to 4. The display of the products is first row has 2 images, the second row has 4 images, and the third row has two images. How do I address this? 2. Where do I go in the code to switch out the icon for the cart? 3. How can I ensure the header menu on desktop displays does not get collapsed?

i just want to report a bug in all files product-templateX.liquid.

In all , this code “{{ section.settings.product_moreinfo_tab2title }}” is repeated to all sections despite the group name given in the config file.

I will fix it on mine but you should fix it and release a new minor version.

Anyway, great job, i like your template.

Hello there, I would like to add text to the product category page, that should show underneath the products at the end of the page. Currently, if I put any text into the category description, it is not visible on the website. Could you please provide information on how to make it visible or is there any way to add text boxes etc? Thanks for this great template. Really good job! I’d like to insert a video from Vimeo instead of Youtube on the home page (Video slide component). The problem is that you can only insert a video youtube id. Is there a way to expand the capabilities of this component ?

Hey One little question. Were can I find the CSS for changing the look of the checkout / complete order button? The Shopify admin options are leading to the theme settings and as you now there are no options for changing the button for those buttons. Thx a lot for your help again!
