Hello! I am having some trouble with the Slider Revolution activation. It is currently showing: unable to contact themepunch server. I checked the FAQ, and it says to white list a URL. Not sure how to do that! Any help is appreciated.

There is no licenses key for plugins to our buyers. We have extended licenses for plugins and could give these plugins to our customers. For some extra add-ons & features that are not used in our theme in this plugins and direct support from this plugins, you could buy licenses of plugins. But all features that used in our theme do not need an extra addon.
This is not only our practice, all the themes that are selling on ThemeForest also have the same rule.

When I import a slider.zip file, I get Server error 500 and it does not install

Mobile menu (hamburger menu) view size of screens is 1100px. You can change it at /themes/mf/assets/css/menu.css There is 2 values you have to change. See here: http://prntscr.com/kya8oj

I am unable to control or remove the circle menu on the mobile version. Even though I don’t have a menu set the menu shows up when the site is on a mobile and shows a phone number and email address i cannot remove or control. Please help.

OK I see, the videoplayer default setup is for mobile and I see that in PRODUCT VIDEO is a BGVideo, but I can’t figure out how to change this video

Ok listen, I did it but its not flagged and if I try to put a bg video it go over the original one, so I gone to the code and changed it manually. The problem is that I can’t turn the autoplay off and volume is off.

Ok I’m sending you the credentials because I know I can create a new row but I liked the video as is now, with shapes. If I make a new row it become a normal video “rectangular”, instead I like the video like now with some “waves shapes” on it. you got it? I know I can use video player and a new row, but I want to replace the existing one (and I did it editing the php code) but now I want to turn the auto play OFF and the VOLUME ON. Hello, I bought the product and I want the “PRODUCT LANDING” home, but is not in Massive Page Installer, even if I go on PAGES there are just 2 pages so I can’t find there also. What I have to do? I realized that only HOME PAGE 2 are available in Massive Installer, but first HOME PAGES shown in Demo is not available.

These plugins installed automatically with your theme installation. When an update comes with this plugins we update it in our folders. For new versions of these plugins just delete the plugin and install it again (MF Theme version have to be 2.4.5 or high). After deleting it and automatic install will come in your panel. Install it again that will the latest version. You could install it also at Appearance >> Install Plugins too.

However, this is the first time i actually set up a WorkPress site from scratch and as i’m used to some other templates i would have some basic questions.
1) How can i make a Slider on the start page which i filling the whole wide of the screen instead of cutting it on the edges? (example, 0:24 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muoDBddecrk&t=175s&frags=pl%2Cwn )
2) How can i make a drop down menu where all products are shown already?

Hi, Our theme works with 3-4 core plugins and some of them are not working well with WPBakery Page Builder Front End Editor. Because of this, we do not prefer Frontend Editor. But Backend Editor is working well. We are looking for a solution but if we cannot find we are planning in new versions of our theme disable the Front End Editor. It will give a better result than using Backend Editor.

I’m trying to replicate the font drop shadow on the business-1 slider #1 on my sliders, but can’t figure it out. How have you done the drop shadow? I have looked through the advanced style and attributes, and am not finding a setting.
