Can you please in your next update, just include that option field. Another plugin seems a bit too much extra just to add a line of code (should be default with the theme right? = 90% of themes on themeforest have this.)

Today we’ve received 20 tickets for our other themes so it’s working perfectly. When I’m writing this reply, another user has just opened another ticket. Please try in another browser and you should be able to send a ticket. It’s very standard captcha form.
Is there any other way I can contact you? I tried to type in CAPTCHA in my laptop, desktop, tablet, and phone but nothing works.

This is not what show when i click import demo data. it shows a page asking to upload demo data file.
When you activate the theme, it takes you to theme registration page. Please register the theme using purchase code and username. When registered, it asks you to install required plugins. Once plugins are installed then you can import demo. This is step by step process which is also shown on theme tutorial video. If you still face problem, kindly open a ticket from https://support.radinatthemes.com/open.php with your site access.
WTF is wrong with this theme??? It keeps importing demo files onto my hosting account. Since this morning it has uploaded almost 15gb of demo zip files!
How the hell do I get this to stop?????
Really sorry to hear about the issue. Whole Unbound theme is only 200 MB (with all 25 demos), so not sure how you got 15GB of data. Your hosting is using PHP 5.4 or max file size upload limit is around 2 MB. Please check https://support.radiantthemes.com/kb/faq.php?id=6 for the solution. if you’re using cPanel based hosting then you can update your PHP version by following http://themes.radiantthemes.com/unbound/docs/#PHPconfiguration . Hi, you’re getting this error because your hosting has PHP 5.4 or lesser. This theme requires PHP 5.6 and up. Please check https://support.radiantthemes.com/kb/faq.php?id=6 for the solution. You can update your PHP version from your hosting control panel within 30 seconds. As soon as you update PHP version, you won’t see this error. Please check recommended php version according to wordpress.org – https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ .

I uploaded the theme and installed demo data. When I go to site.com it looks like the demo I wanted but I get a “Sorry this page was lost 404” if I click the home button in the menu it takes me to site.com/home-2/ that looks correct. Did I do something wrong or will it look correct once I publish the site and go live?
This happened probably because you have lower version of php. Please update it to php 5.6 and you wining face this issue.
I uploaded theme and it gave me an 5XX error as soon as I check site.com. I contacted my host and then they upgraded php to 5.6. The site started working but the site.com still doesn’t work correctly. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Do you see that 5 second white flash in our demo? If not then you can presume that you don’t have a perfect theme. I am going to purchase this theme. I do not need the customization at all guys, as i am really good with wordpress as using wordpress from last 6 years every single day. I just need to buy the perfect theme. The theme one of my friend sent me is showing me that 5 second flash. I need to get that flash rid off. So, i am going to purchase this theme today.
