hey there! I would like to ask you, before purchase, something about this theme. As I read from the item details the theme comes with some pages that you can import…but, after I finish my import and it becomes necessary create a new page, could I start from a blank layout and create a new one with a visual composer?

Yes, you can. You can start making a page with our imported content (just replace our dummy content/layout with your own content) or you can start from a blank layout and create a new one with a visual composer.

I would like to know if it is possible to put the social icons in the header. There are not any social icon en the demo , but it is possible. It is not like this?

Thanks for purchasing our theme. If you don’t want page sidebar then you can select “Page no sidebar” template(http://prntscr.com/kycsfy) or if you want the page will be visual composer plugin based then you have to select “Visual Composer Template”

Dear Sir Reenctly we bought the edukare theme , I installed it normally and then installed all required plugins without any problem, I defined all the requirement of the server as required plus I defined all the server requirements: max_execution_time=300, max_input_time=600, max_input_vars=5000, memory_limit=256M, post_max_size=48M, upload_max_filesize=48M.
when I tried to import demo data appeared the following error [ERROR] Failed to import “edukare.zip” (Media)
The following is the log file ,it may help in fixing the problem

hey buddy i installed edukare theme..when i checked the preview here it had a good slider in the homepage but when i installed it in my hosting server i got the message that template is installed but i couldnt find the slider.. help me out plz!!!

We included slider demo data in the theme package. Please download “All files and Documentation” then you will get all Demo content inside the Demo content folder and also get slider data there.
You have to import slider data. For that go to Revolution slider then you will see the import option there.

Following are some ways in which this theme should be improved. Caveat emptor!
- Breadcrumbs only show home and current page, not intermediate levels.
- Choice of main body font is not great. I’ve changed this to a serif font which renders more solidly.
- Choosing text logo results in invisible text.
- At desktop width, although I’ve configured a menu for both primary and top-bar, the hamburger menu to the right of search remains empty. When I make the window narrower and the topbar menu disappears as it should, only then the hamburger contains a menu.
These are extremely basic issues that should have been fixed already.
Ok wow. I just deleted the theme from wordpress using the Wordpress-sanctioned delete button. The theme is gone, but all of the extra page types it created are still there.
This is terribly sloppy.

- Your second comment answer: Our theme doesn’t create any extra pages. If you import demo content then the content will be imported and added demo pages. And if don’t like demo content then you can use WordPress Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/) to deleting all content. We did not add content deleting feature while deleting the theme. Because sometimes the user wants to use the same data in another theme.
For example, we support data deletion function on your theme and you are using our theme based on our demo content, after the few month/year you decided to use another theme then you delete our theme and using another new theme. What will happen then? Your all data will be gone. Is it standard way? We think this is not the standard way. If you don’t like the content then you can use WordPress Reset Plugin.

Please check the documentation and find out “One Click Demo import” section and also check the server configuration instruction there.
