I have purchased the template but have a problem with the lists module. When I add the items to the list, it creates blank . items and then when I try and edit, that module does not allow me to access the list. I deleted the section and then added back again and still got the same problem.

Not necessary.
Download new version of the theme. In constructify.zip/plugin/ has constuctify-core.zip. In this package you cand find out file frel-experience.php (constructify-core/shortcode/widgets/frel-experience.php/
It will be enough to replace it instead of the old one.

I’m having trouble adding a video to the homepage through the Hero Header or Hero Slider. In the Advanced > Background > Background Type I only have Classic and Gradient. Did I do something wrong when I uploaded the theme? Is there a version I need to update to?
Also is there a way to add another Facebook Icon to the Sub-Menu? There is are two Facebook profiles I need to redirect to.

Yes, you are right. In Column otions have only two background types: classic and gradient. But you have to edit Section. In Section options have three background types: classic, gradient, video.

I understand your situation. It’s not Mobile Logo, it’s Retina Logo (because of your display resolution).
Solution: Upload for Retina Logo another logo (ex: main logo)

Just purchased theme. Great work! However, this theme does not work well with Elementor. My site content disappears on tablets and mobile screen sizes. Do you know why this is? I have double-checked the settings, and the Elementor settings. I then switched to a basic WP theme, and the responsive modes work fine. Only when this Constructify theme is activated does the responsive modes not work. Any ideas? Is there a special setting needed? Thanks, Anthony

2. Yes, it is possible.
a) Add “Hero Slider” shortcode from FREL Elements.
b) Add “Hero Header” shortcode. Edit this section, go to Advanced -> Style. Choose Background Video from Background Type and insert your video URL into Video Link input area, choose Background Fallback and save it.
