Don’t worry for the errors when npm install or npm build:dll it’s warning messages because the webpack dll cannot go through inside those dependencies directory, some dependencies work for backend side (such as fs and moment module ) so that will not built in dll libraries.
You can continue to start the project and should work as well after npm start.

Either on Boss ultimate or one of your other themes if you upgrade to Material UI 4.0 and integrate react-admin then we would like to buy or extend the support on the same.

For material-ui v4 we will start to migrate it around 3rd week of this month. If no critical issue hope can launch on this month.

And for the react-admin integration unfortunately is not possible yet. Because it’s too complex and need more resources to integrate with our admin template products.

But, regarding “react-admin” integration, you don’t have to change the whole application. You can just look at creating couple of components similar to MUI tables or similar to contacts applications or you could reuse the existing https://codesandbox.io/s/0y4pqp3nwn and embed into your theme under applications. Please refer to https://marmelab.com/react-admin/CustomApp.html for more information about the integration. You may require maximum a weeks to fully integrate and test the same.
Also, in addition you can look at including storybook also. I have created a version of the storybook for your components, if you need a copy then you can send a direct email to me.

First you need to build the project first by npm run build And then will generate compiled scripts in build/ folder. You can push them (build/) to live or push all your code instead to make deployment easier.

Hi! I tried to install a third part library (material-table) because the one with the template didn’t provide the filter types that I need, but when i try to use it I have a problem with babel, it gives me the following error:

I saw the the module material-table plugin written in ES2015 (can check in node_modules). Which cannot read by boss-ultimate webpack setting. The format must be regular javascript.

things you should know:
1. i know what i’m doing, i have a very solid stack built that NEVER errors.
8 core processor, 16gb ram, raid 10 with M.2 accelleration, Mongo, Maria, Mysql8, Node, Nginx, Apache, all run concurrently with 8 different web-servers including express, feathers, Kraend, Fusionauth, 3 control panels… Fiber channel gigabit internet…. computer doesn’t break a sweat during dev. and i don’t see errors, because i keep up to date and have a very versatile set-up that can handle anything…
2. My own personal boilerplate is cutting edge and has more badassery in it than yours, it’s a full on react router redux dual channel SSR+CSR at the same time loading with webpack, uglifier, jest, feathers, express, storybook, passport auth, and a mountain more… so i’m re-itereating to be very clear… i’m not making idiot mistakes here, it’s not my first day using a keyboard. the plan was to do a lot of tearing apart and putting parts of your front end together with another template that works magic, mash them together for the ui and components, and make them use my back end, which is way quicker. but i can’t even get yours to start..
and i’m not going through all your code to fix it. you sell a product, it should work;.

To build this template as production is in npm run prod.
After that you can stop the server, then see the built scripts in static/assets. You can push them to live server.
Then run node_modules/.bin/babel-node src/server/start.js in live server to start the app.

About NODE_ENV for production build in windows system you can use https://www.npmjs.com/package/win-node-env.
npm install -g win-node-env
You have to install it globally. To make production config easier we recommend to install production in unix base, because mostly host server use unix system.
Then for mobile issue, Our best practice is access directly to local server IP (Desktop/PC) in mobile browser(i.e Google Chrome/Safari mobile). Then if still problem please try to check network configuration. And could we know how you test it in mobile as our reference?

Thanks for your response. Though I have a followup question. The theme is working on mobile phones when I load it from http://boss.ux-maestro.com:8080, though when i try it from my local machine i end up seeing the title bar correctly thought the spinner icon keeps spinning and nothing else loads, also the webpage from local machine is only opening in chrome not in internet explorer. So, I thought it might be due to the chrome dev tools. I tried compiling from production environment by running “npm run prod” I get err “NODE_ENV is not recognized as an internal or external command”.

1. In development when you open remotely in mobile, usually it take longer but should be less than 20s at beginning. You can make improvement performance by implement minifying code and enable code splitting. The setup guide already in documentation.
2. This template not support Internet Explorer as described in item details as well.
3. I get err “NODE_ENV is not recognized: Please try to change file .env.example to .env in root project. Then open it and change NODE_ENV to
NODE_ENV=production
*Note: later you can ignore this file in .gitignore then set .env in accordance with the server environment.
