issue 1) We can not create an account for support, because the email never arrives with the credentials. We already registered the pourchase code, but we did not get the message in our email (we already checked in span)
issue 2) Three plugins do not work, and when activated they give a white screen. For wordpress to work we need first to deactivate these 3 plugins: – designthemes-core-features – kirki – ipt_fsqm
We need to install all demo content.

It seems that if we install the theme and import the demo content for both domain 1rst is serrurier-agree-assu.fr, 2nd is securitabs.fr you need to purchase one more licence to use our theme in different domains else kindly mention which domain we need to install the theme and import the demo content.

After Install and activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins.
Install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins and deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
Then go to Dashboard > Tools > Import >Click Install the Wordpress importer and run the importer then select the import xml file as you download the file from the following link. Wait unti wordpress will import the demo content.
